  • When building a house in Ghana, properly installing sliding doors and windows from the start is crucial to avoid costly errors down the line. In Ghana, where artisans might sometimes cut corners, due diligence is essential to ensure that high-quality windows and doors are being installed correctly. This is particularly important during the rainy season, as improper installation can lead to water penetration, which not only damages the structure and interiors of your home but can also lead to expensive repairs and replacements. Moreover, well-sealed and properly installed windows prevent other nuisances like lizards and dust from entering your home, maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of your living space. Therefore, investing time and resources in getting the installation right the first time will save you significant trouble and expense in the future, ensuring your home remains secure, dry, and comfortable.

Please, they are called house Geckos. It is considered to be highly poisonous when it drops into your food. Especially soups etc etc 🍲. To avoid this, it is good your window fixer advised you on that.❤❤❤

Queen your house is so beautiful with the new windows, they look so durable , the window installers knew what they were doing in fact in my opinion the tempered glass is much safer just in case of breaking, glass doesn’t break in chunks, also the tainted sliding door conserves heat, you sure are a Fante lady who knows beautiful stuff, good job.

Those brushes stop the Gecko (3fiewura) and other insects and the windows needs this all round it in all sides and corners yo prevent this and also must drain the water and not hold rain water.

  • @nanabrimpong3485

I hope they made those nets removable for cleaning. And those non-sliding windows needs a guard to prevent strong winds opening it too wide or slamming them when open.

I think you should have sprayed the burglar proof on your front door and installed the glass infront for added security for more safety. Because glass alone isn't secure enough.

Thanks for your comment. The main entry door is a strong security door with 5 different deadbolts and a long metal bars at the back for added security. The screen door is for the looks. Thanks for watching.

Daabi, Ɔyɛ. Too many security bars. The main entrantrace security door has 5 deadbolts along with a long metal bar behind it. The burglar proof was originally installed because there were no doors installed initially. The sliding door is for the looks. Thanks for watching.

@@AshantiQueen i understand and accept tye fact that this is your home and i saw that security door behind. In that case shat made you install that passy guard burglar proof for that porch in the first place? I think you should have has it modified to suit the from sliding doors you are fixing. Remember Ghana is not the west where such glass doors are used in the front of the homes. In Ghana police response os even another problem and having more security is never enough. You just said it yourself thay glass can be broken so that meams it cannot be a fully reliable security measure. And your screens for trapping insects are they removable for washing or cleaning? Because you know theres dust to be collected in it right?

Hi. Thank you so much for sharing. I was so excited watching this particular video. The installer looks like he knows his stuff and did an amazing job. I have taken down his number ASAP 😀😀 because I have reached the window level with my building and choosing the right person for the job was my dilemma. He did a great job and paid attention to details.
