01:50 I meant to say each click of the metronome will equal 1 beat of compas.

Thank you so much for those videos, Grisha, I can't tell you how much the classical guitar community and the flamenco community appreciates your work. Again, thanks for the effort in making these instructional videos, they're sure a gem. Cheers.

100 makes miracles - I can confirm. I would never practice this way before, as it seemed overly easy, but it definitely relaxes your brain so that it is you who controls what us being played as opposed to reflexes being in control.

    • @thomassicard3733

Beyond knowledge "of guitar"... Deep knowledge of what is involved in mastering the mind/body/spirit connection. I am primarily a pianist. I draw inspiration, passion, commitment, beauty from Grisha. (yeah, I play a bit of mostly acoustic guitar - love the finger-picking styles - alas, fingernails are not in a pianist's realm!)

My question is a bit off-topic: did M.Escudero play flamenco on classical guitars? As far as I know flamenco guitars did not really exist in the 1940s (Sabicas also played on classical guitars at a time).

I know just what you mean. Chopin "Minute" Waltz (miNOOT, not MINuht, lol).
You can haulass through it and think, "Yeah!!! I'm a badass!", when actually you are sloppy as all goop.
Slow WAY down, work it slow to fast in steps = you can find all the perfection.
