Just wanted to add something here. Question: Someone is doing a job - how would you have the time to do something else, do a business, develop a skill? My take: You don't need money to do it, you need 'will' to do it. Pakistanis don't lack money, we lack will to make money. We live in a society where we use TH-cam for fun, not education. TH-cam is a free university. Even if that guy is doing a job, he would still have the time to learn a simple skill all for free. When we generalize people, we forget that an average job ends at 6/7pm in Pakistan and when we come back home we think we are done for the day. We are done with the job, now these two hours are for you! Find your interest (something that you can do even for free) and see how people are monetizing it. Everything ends with a mindset.

I lived in Germany and Denamrk and I know they have developed a system of merit and acknowledging hardworking and talent. So people out optimum effort there as they system and people reward them equally. While according to my exp in Pakistan here there is discouragement in majority of fields , organizations even in families. Here people attitude and intentions are not much constructive while in US and EU, they even think and judge unbiased on merit. That's why Asians avoide Asians ..

His is right because our society thinks that being a doctor or an engineer is better then being an software developer or other similar to it . I study in a college and guess what students those are more part of FSC program are more brilliant in the view of both college teachers and our families (society) but on the other hand the students part of ICS program are not brilliant as compare to FSC students in the view of our own society. I don't know why??
