yer the ban system in mcc is terrible I don't know if its still in the game but when I last played big team battle it would act as if you left the game even if you had finished the match so I couldn't play to much big team battle with out being temp banned

@@MetalSEGAKid1990 It's still in the game it goes 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr etc.
I usually just hop off when i see 30 min and I only leave when I match cheaters or end up playing against like 1 or 2 opponents having to AFK 10 min.
Even red team is left in awe of a flying warthog zooming across the entirety of sand trap at incredible speed. A momentary peace springing from absolute chaos. God damn I love this game.

@@blueraider117 I still don't know how it's done but at the time, they were called modders and someone said that you had to Chip or Change the OS of your Original Xbox to use these Cheats.

It happened to me twice there were a group of players. They had very new gamercards.
I thought it was lag but they were sniping through walls and even knew where you respawn immediately. It was awful.
Yea i see accounts like that on mcc and then they drop 40 kills with expert aim and map knowledge and it makes me wonder. Some people are legit really good tho and they just use smurfs so I just mostly ignore it unless its obvious

Oh I have it centered and no I dont think so I did just fine with it lowered but I raised it because its centered for every other game I play so I was just stayin consistant and makes it easier to adjust but thats just me

Halo reach infection with a flying ghost is impossible.
Problem is, they can spoof their tag too. People will be reporting the wrong person sometimes
I honestly don’t see why people think cheating is fun, it’s fun to actually try to get good at the game.
Fr man. I remember sucking all the time years ago but i stuck with it and got pretty good now. Im no pro theres still plenty of others better than me but cheating is so cheap. Its only fun if you spawn stuff in and make the match fun for everyone not just farming kills
Same I just had to keep playing and I eventually got better but I still kind of suck. I’m only good at the halo 3 multiplayer.

@Battlecanyon im good at 2 and 3. On and off with reach and ce some days i do better than others. Sams with 4 kinda its an ok multiplayer nothing too special

I assume this is at least a bit mitigated on PC? Or is PC Halo MCC Multiplayer bad too?
I have crossplay on most of the cheaters im assuming are PC players because its easier to cheat on PC. Im sure console has its jailbreaks as well but to anwser your question I dont think they mitigate anything on MCC anymore.
@@blueraider117 PC has VAC and NO VAC modes when launching MCC on Steam. VAC=Valve Anti-Cheat

In some ways, it’s a massive complement to how well H3 has held up and continues to be better than any FPS since in my humble opinion. No FPS game since H3 has reached the pinnacle of mechanics, physics system, map design, balance, iteration, strategy, movement, re-playability that H3 has.
I’m actually somebody that is somewhat ambivalent about an H3 anniversary. If done perfectly, it would be incredible. But it would have to just be so damn faithful and I don’t trust 343 not to screw something up. Whereas MCC H3 is very serviceable, and could be improved in its own right with some updates and possibly map packs. Or even more good forge maps in the playlist. They should put the MLG foundry maps in social rotation for example.
I would love a Halo 3 anniversary. Let blur do the cutscenes and maybe even let a 3rd party company do the remaster and then just port it to mcc. 343 gonna do a half baked job on it most likely because all their attention is on infinite store bundles and wtv the next halo might be

The game is plagued with cheaters of all kinds. It's like 1 in 30 games has someone doing either flying around, using wall hacks, or even DDSing. My partner and I just got kicked out of a ranked doubles game yesterday as we gained the lead by a few points. Crazy that people bother with it but even crazier that 343 doesn't care.
Yea they dont even check when you report someone its really annoying.

imagine having access to those cheats on that map and NOT taking the Elephant for a flight.
like don't get me wrong, this type of cheating is wrong, but how the hell can you just not fly the Elephant on this map around at high speed, give everyone a good laugh for a few seconds before they try to report you for cheating.

Proof why you should never play with PC on MCC. I'd rather spend more time searching than get unlucky with this.
For the most part haven't had any issues its kinda rare to find hackers like this but im sure theres more that hide it quite well.

Most value their lives over money... i value the integrity of my games by going out of my way to ensure this nonsense doesn't ever happen in my experience... so I'd be missing out on the fun and a possible million then realize I fucked up and my last moments are just ahead of me.
I will never understand the mentally of cheaters just learn to play the game trust me its alot more fun that way
I know a guy IRL who buys and uses cheats. He said its not the game play or the scores that are fun to him, its just the simple fact that he knows he's making people mad. Honestly a miserable experience.
