i will say that watching faster into 2 baddies live in concert was incredible. I think its a great intro into the title track. Also the Uncle Jointz using the same sample from kick it in Time Lapse is genius.
We get goodies... I love his reaction to 'Time Lapse'. Dem Jointz put a lot of elements in and just the mixture was nostalgic for me. 'Faster' was like a intro, a warm up to get you in the mood. They could have built on it at the end with the whistles/carnival as they did the reggae/dancehall in 'Designer'. Great reaction gentlemen.
I might be in the minority, but I love Faster... it's like a quietly hype song. I can totally see it being used in an action movie. So many of their songs are thickly layered in sounds, individual vocals, gang vocals, harmonizing, etc... (which I love), yet this one has space to breath (if that makes sense)... I appreciate the variety it provides to the album and when used as an intro to 2 Baddies, it just works for me. Also, after seeing the stage for it... definitely gotta say it adds to the image it creates in my head. LOL My only complaint is playing it in the car, there's that second at the end where I think I'm getting pulled over every damn time.

I was wondering if you yourself or other people you feature on your channel will ever react to the NCT uncut behind the scenes recording videos. You get more raw vocals there and you see mistakes and stuff, I feel it'd be perfect for a vocal analysis.

Faster is so lackluster compared with every other song hahaha - so this was sooo satisfying because 2Baddies has grown on me soo much. I love when people notice the way NCT specifically does so well at laying back on the beat - both in the track and the vocals - they sit together perfectly. I'm gonna have to come over to Patreon to hear all of it.
