Who knew that Dollar Tree stuff could create a budget friendly, high end DIY home decor / wall decor that is so elegant, classy and glam?! Angel wings wall decor never goes out of style and is a great reminder of our blessings. I hope you love this as much as I do!!

Absolutely gorgeous! I love them. When you brought out the gilding paper 'gold leaf' popped into my head. Years and years ago (my oldest daughter was just an infant and she will be 55 in May (1966) and my mom and I had been taking ceramics. Well, she took a trip to Europe that summer and while she was gone the teacher helped me with a surprise project for my mom's birthday while she was gone. I did a ceramic jewelry box and used gold leafing on it and then a bit of stain. Then lined it with red velvet. Such a fun project and she loved it. Thank you for bringing that memory back to me. I must try these. I love angel wings. Can't wait to see your large project finished. Have a very blessed evening...day... 🤪🥰🙏

Those are brilliant Elaine! While I don't think the gilding paper is necessary, it does add even more dimension to the raised areas of the wings.
