How do u explain the word hausa Tampa.This is a misnomer. The word hausa should never be combined with Takpa. Takpa is the Yoruba name for the Nupe. This name Takpa by the Yorubas for the Nupe was derived from their yoruba experienced encounter with Nupes.Infact the Hausas refer to th Nupes as Nuffawas..you should take note.
