The part from 16.55 is very on point. I was one of those people who works in a job for quite some years (I still am in that job btw), and interviewed for another job that seemed interesting to me. I indeed was caught off guard by the questions they asked and was eliminated rather quickly. For this reason, I now follow your channel and some other channels, to get a better understanding of the interview process, and become better at it. The irony of course is that if I indeed manage to do so, I still will be the same person with the same skillset when it comes to the job itself (so in other words, even if the interviewers' perception of me will be a better one, that will be because I learned a few tricks that have not much to do with how I will perform on the job). Btw, to be completely honest and a bit self-critical I could have known if I had just done some research before. The information is out there (for free), it is not that I could not have been aware. But oh well, that's how you learn. And even if some aspects feel 'stupid', I will adapt if that is how the game works. Anyway, keep it up, one of the best channels on careers/interviewing out here in my opinion.

Well said. Why ask a general question when you want a specific answer?
