They have the equal amount of stuff as the international release but with new plants and some previous ones in the international release are cut in the game to even out and there are shorter levels in each worlds as well to include China exclusives in there

No not at all they just have more content, Pvz 2 china has so much p2w its stupid audio quality is crap grind is unreal harder version of levels are just lazy and you need to beat them to challenge zomboss some of them are nearly impossible without mtx (mainly those levels when you can't choose plants) My main strat is just spaming pepper pults and lava guavas since those plants are only easy plants to get to level 3. Og pvz 2 is just a lot more fun and straightfoward than pvz 2 china. Pvz 2 china is interesting expirence but not better than og game.
