Bone dagger bugged on kephri. For whatever reason it won’t apply when you first enter the room. USUALLY works everytime after the first spawn of range/melee scarabs! Also as per the wiki: Backstab's accuracy is not guaranteed on Kephri upon entering her room, nor against Duke Sucellus after he is woken up

i think the bug with kephri bone dagger is related to its shield. Thats why u gotta use the spec inbetween phases or at the end of the fight

Kephri aggro is bugged; for solos, you gotta BD while kephri is in its waking up animation after swarming phase. For duo's, the person who runs in first has got to BD, make sure your duo runs in right after you.

Bone dagger is just fucked on kephri for whatever reason. I always solo and have the same problem. In duo you could just send it or wait after the first scarabs
