It V it was a Collectors edition car for the PS3 and 360. They were free online but in the next gen they became purchasable by anyone but remain free who owned the CE. I remember there was a glitch to get them without the CE, You has to mess with url bar and eventually it confirms a purchase and they would be in your garage but they got patched and anyone who had them without the CE got removed

I still haven't forgiven RS for stopping us being able to port across from older gen to newer gen. Why the hell did they do that? If it was OK for a year or two, why not just leave it?
They were actually exclusive to the Collector's Edition, which was significantly more expensive than the Special Edition. The SE was $80 (I bought it myself for the 360, and I still remember picking it up at a midnight launch party) and I believe the CE was $150. Besides the three vehicles, it also offered all of the SE ingame content, and some physical memorabilia. In the early days of GTA Online, non-CE owners could drive all three vehicles if provided access by a CE owner that owned them, but obviously couldn't own them themselves.
Three you forgot to mention are the Penumbra (pretty popular with the tuner crowd in the early days of GTA Online), the Guardian and Sabre Turbo. I remember having a black, modified Sabre Turbo on GTA Online back in 2013 and people always wanted to ride with me at the start of missions instead of using their own vehicle because they thought it was so cool. The Rat Loader, Rat Truck and Slamvan (including the Custom variant) are all forgotten vehicles too. The fact the Slamvan Custom is forgotten especially makes me sad because it's still one of the coolest looking vehicles in GTA Online imo. When I went back to GTA Online recently, I didn't see a single other player driving one. I was the only guy still driving a Blade too, which is also sad because I remember how OP that car was when it first released. I outran tryhards in Zentorno's through the streets of LS with it back in the day.

Such a high quality channel, u deserve more. I think the vapid guardian is also a very forgotten vehicle, which is also a high quality vehicle, u can stand on it while driving, it has 6 or more seats and its the biggest pick up in the game (and probaly my favourite).
I loved the Brioso R/A. I remember buying it sometime around December 2018 because it was so cheap and I had only started playing on PS4 like 2 months prior. I also had a thing for hatchbacks at the time. I still like it, just now it sits in my garage so I can stare at it alongside the 93% of vehicles I don't drive. Also I knew your voice was familiar, wish you luck on your new channel.
The regular Stallion is kind of a sleeper of a muscle car in my opinion, the top speed isn't the best but it handles so damn well, plus the droptop actually saved me from taking a few bullets before when i was chased.
Honorable mention. With the trophy truck, the body panel glitch still works. If you hit the pylon things on the zancudo bridge it rips the hood and roof and stuff off and makes the whole car basically a cage on wheels
The Grotti Carbonizzare is a pretty forgotten vehicule. One of the rarest convertible car with an actual roof, and great acceleration overall. It's one of the removed car, unfortunaly.
I still own most of the vehicles in this list (Futo, Dubsta 6x6, Schafter V12, Stromberg, Clique, Lurcher, Frankensteige, Bifta, Trophy Truck, Brioso R/A, Panto, APC), and used to formerly own some others on the lost before selling to buy new stuff. They used to be excellent competitors for what they were made for, nowadays most of them can barely scrape the sides, and are great for just having and driving around.
the adder was, and still is, my favourite vehicle in this game. its exhaust note is still one of the most unique in the game, and none of the new cars sound as good as it does
The Sultan is a mix between a 90's lancer and a 1st gen Lexus IS imo. I think the Karuma is a bit of a let down. Its sort of like a lancer, but after having an allergic reaction. My mate has a fancy ruiner and every time he uses it i get a good laugh when he tries to honk the horn and blasts 20 foot up to the sky 🤣
The Vapid Clique I personally like, its based on a custom 1949 Ford, which is a car I like in real life. Personally i wish we had a regular version similar to the clique wagon
I'm an old gen player,I played almost 8 years on ps3 and then I moved to pc because the old gen servers got closed,so I still use a lot of the old vehicles that the old gen version had,I even copied my collection of cars from the ps3 version=)))
I got a garage full of fagio mods kinda recently. All you gotta do to get one is buy it when it spawns in the bike auto shop and you can buy as many as you want
the hotknife khamelion, and carbon-rs were all collector editor edition cars originally in online but you could of gotten them with a URL trick that allowed you to access the hidden pages on legendary motors but that trick was removed and people were getting banned for having them and not having the collector editon but eventually they were made available for all player later in the games lifespan
dubsta 6x6 is one of my favorite vehicles in the game i remember seeing it for the first time at some point when i was visiting a cousin like 9 years ago
The Kuruma is more so based off of the VA Subaru WRX. Does have slight Lancer looks but with them naming is a Karin rather than a Maibatsu, its def more of a WRX.
If my memory doesn't trick me, back in the day when the game first launched the Hotknife, chameleon and the baty carbon where a special edition reward. That you could only buy if you had that code. When the game moved to ps4, xbox one and pc it became available to everyone. Another car that faded and I used to love it is the Roosevelt, not very good but it looked awesome.

You can't have been in my lobbies! I drive Cheburek often. But then I play for fun, not PvP or grinding. PvP seems pointless to me and I HATE grinding - I used do that in my RL job and didn't enjoy it then either!
I own and still occasionally use my Hotknife. It's just a nice car for cruising in, but the front suspension gets broken really easily and it has pretty bad handling. Popping wheelies in it is pretty fun though.
the Sultan is the only other car resembling a Lancer Evo, and its the EVO 4 that it is based on. and the Jester and Massacro hade race versions which I would use for Hao's street racing.

Most of my favorite cars are on this list lol My favorite car on GTA is the Z-Type, I daily drive it and in 9 years of playing I’ve seen very few people using it.
The regular Sultan and the Kuruma are very nice cars, especially in terms of driving. Highly recommend them for beginner drivers especially, since the Sultan is easy to learn, relatively easy to master, and good in any terrain thanks to its very soft suspension, while the Kuruma's a bit more difficult to master since it's snappy at times, but it's nimble and very good on tarmac. Jester's still rather popular among the car community in GTA. I've seen a few of them at the last meets I attended. Massacro... less so. I was the only one who brought one. Schafter V12? Okay, I've seen a lot of those around... I'da said the Schafter LWB, since that's much slower than the V12... I'm the only one in my friend group who bought one because I wanted to recreate an LWB Benz. When driving the APC, hold H on the keyboard and you'll switch seats. Also works when sitting in the back of the Insurgent Pickup (Custom).
Dude the APC is goated even with one person, The amount of aircraft's and helicopters I've took down with the Sam battery is nuts It's so much better now that the jets don't have a kill beam Even oppressors can get caught off guard sometimes, and it's great for things like fully loaded runners and even the toreador, it has just enough armour to survive and the fast firing rockets are pretty destructive
My favourite bike is the Hakuchou and I daily a near stock Sultan RS online. Crew colour black with Endo V2s in black. Lovely car. I have many cars but this is a beaut.
You can't OWN a fully-loaded Ruiner! The Sultan is a good car. The Futo isn't. That's how its always been. I never liked (or wanted) the four free liveried cars. I hated those liveries. Wasn't too keen on the looks or handling either. That 6-wheel Dubsta is a RUBBISH off-road vehicle. The Adder's only attraction was its show-off price and its top speed. It was never the best handling or best looking, or best lap time vehicle in the game. The Jester and Massacro were never the best Sports cars. When they came out, they were inferior to the Carbonizzare. Then the race versions came out, which WERE the best sports racers, but had that annoying livery. The Hotknife isn't talked about because unless you bought the game right when it first came out, it wasn't available for years. By the time it DID become available, it seemed like nothing remarkable among all the new competition. I always loved the Bifta and still do. I'm really glad I have one - it should NEVER have been removed. The Desert Raid and Trophy Truck have been somewhat upstaged by the Draugr. The APC needing a passenger/gunner was a dumb move by RockStar. If it worked like the Rhino or Khanjali it would be a great vehicle. The Dock Tug: No one ever wanted it and bullet resistant windows are pointless in a game with automatic weapons. If you have bullet resistant, you'll die ) 0.2 seconds later than you would have without them! Without some sort of cheat, the BMX just can't jump high enough to do anything worthwhile with it. The Adder never overshadowed the Cheetah and especially not the Vacca IMO, but many later vehicles have overshadowed all three by a fair margin.
if they handle well and go fast enough for street use I am probably using it. That Nightrider car is a fun one I use it every so often, if you are playing in a friends only session playing around with friends most of these cars will do. I want to put the Nightrider car in the bail bonds garage, but the 007 car will do. All the older looking cars like the Z Type I like to drive around.

BMX bikes are fun to use on the skate ramps around town for a bit of fun.
Also you can collect different coloured BMX's from npc's around the map.

A lot of new players use the duke of death until they get their first heli or armoured weaponised vehicle I saw a low level using one the other day

apc use to be good vechicle back when you could use it in heist but then it was to good and they blocked it form heists

Sultan RS is a combination of a Subaru WRX and a Lancer (Evo 8 I think) because it has a wrap for a WRX STI and another for the Tokyo Drift Lancer.

My favorite car on GTA is the Z-Type, I daily drive it and in 9 years of playing I’ve seen very few people using it.
The Ocelot Xa21 was such a cool car with a pop up spoiler and it was really fast
and the best sounding car in the game
The regular Sultan and the Kuruma are very nice cars, especially in terms of driving. Highly recommend them for beginner drivers especially, since the Sultan is easy to learn, relatively easy to master, and good in any terrain thanks to its very soft suspension, while the Kuruma's a bit more difficult to master since it's snappy at times, but it's nimble and very good on tarmac.
Jester's still rather popular among the car community in GTA. I've seen a few of them at the last meets I attended. Massacro... less so. I was the only one who brought one.
Schafter V12? Okay, I've seen a lot of those around... I'da said the Schafter LWB, since that's much slower than the V12... I'm the only one in my friend group who bought one because I wanted to recreate an LWB Benz.
When driving the APC, hold H on the keyboard and you'll switch seats. Also works when sitting in the back of the Insurgent Pickup (Custom).

The amount of aircraft's and helicopters I've took down with the Sam battery is nuts
It's so much better now that the jets don't have a kill beam
Even oppressors can get caught off guard sometimes, and it's great for things like fully loaded runners and even the toreador, it has just enough armour to survive and the fast firing rockets are pretty destructive
the OG futo is an ae86 LEVIN and the futo everyone uses in an ae86 tureno sprinter
My favourite bike is the Hakuchou and I daily a near stock Sultan RS online. Crew colour black with Endo V2s in black. Lovely car. I have many cars but this is a beaut.
I would walk a mile through broken glass and sharp rocks just to experience GTA 5 again...

The Sultan is a good car. The Futo isn't. That's how its always been.
I never liked (or wanted) the four free liveried cars. I hated those liveries. Wasn't too keen on the looks or handling either.
That 6-wheel Dubsta is a RUBBISH off-road vehicle.
The Adder's only attraction was its show-off price and its top speed. It was never the best handling or best looking, or best lap time vehicle in the game.
The Jester and Massacro were never the best Sports cars. When they came out, they were inferior to the Carbonizzare. Then the race versions came out, which WERE the best sports racers, but had that annoying livery.
The Hotknife isn't talked about because unless you bought the game right when it first came out, it wasn't available for years. By the time it DID become available, it seemed like nothing remarkable among all the new competition.
I always loved the Bifta and still do. I'm really glad I have one - it should NEVER have been removed.
The Desert Raid and Trophy Truck have been somewhat upstaged by the Draugr.
The APC needing a passenger/gunner was a dumb move by RockStar. If it worked like the Rhino or Khanjali it would be a great vehicle.
The Dock Tug: No one ever wanted it and bullet resistant windows are pointless in a game with automatic weapons. If you have bullet resistant, you'll die ) 0.2 seconds later than you would have without them!
Without some sort of cheat, the BMX just can't jump high enough to do anything worthwhile with it.
The Adder never overshadowed the Cheetah and especially not the Vacca IMO, but many later vehicles have overshadowed all three by a fair margin.
The "Fully Loaded" Ruiner 2K mission is NOT forgotten, used to be used as a "fly swatter" of the MK2s before they were nerfed.
Since R☆ removed cars, lots of my garages are now museums. ✌😉
I pull them out at LS car meet and people ask to buy them. Lol
if they handle well and go fast enough for street use I am probably using it. That Nightrider car is a fun one I use it every so often, if you are playing in a friends only session playing around with friends most of these cars will do. I want to put the Nightrider car in the bail bonds garage, but the 007 car will do. All the older looking cars like the Z Type I like to drive around.
as someone who used to play this game religiously, I can confirm the fully loaded ruiner can be exploded, it just takes a very, very long time
