Pile 2: Some parts resonated, but I think unhealed individuals project a lot onto me. I can be giving yes, but I do not exist to give. I'm a multi-faceted person and I have a lot to offer myself. I find it kind of harmful that some people just want me around to soothe their own needs and disregard me as a person. They seem to only view me as a body or a parent and I'm not comfortable in that codependency and devaluation of my character.
I have had to put up firm boundaries and even cut contact with people like that. Yes, people want to take from me and think they can impress me with expensive gifts. I don’t need a partner for that, I'm settled and materialism isn't very appealing to me. I like nice things and some luxury, but I'm not brand-focused.

Pile 3 the guy is actually the past and the secret crush. It’s hard to explain but it’s true. I need him to feel what really missing someone feels like. I can’t show up knowing that it’s true he has some commitment issues but has always been willing to make changes I requested and me vice versa. He’s going through a struggle and I am too. He reverted and it scared me. So we need to fall back. For now. I miss him and I know he misses me. But we have to be true to ourselves and sloooowwww it down

Pile 1: fits perfectly with the person that I am, and interestingly when I began to have visions/dreams of past lives, one of them was as a spirit guide, which was fascinating. As for transformation, I did write this once:
It’s a tricky business being lodged in the field of time and space,
What creates misery can carry the seeds of liberation in the very same basket.
Transformation is always a very messy and often horrific process,
Yet endemic to humanity if we’re going about things correctly (Which, for the most part-if we’re being honest-we’re not.)
Stasis only leads to decomposing and decay, which is never to be wished for.
Like the caterpillar in the chrysalis, all we have ever known is dissolved alive in the midst of profound discomfort,
Without the slightest notion of what awaits,
Or if-indeed-things will ever transform beyond this ghastliness incarnate,
Lodged seemingly interminably within this moment.
And, in essence, being suspended in such a chrysalis is a profoundly lonely business, often feeling bereft and abandoned by everyone and everything that you had ever known before.
But, sadly, it’s a necessary part of the process that’s occurring, both inside and out.
Life is similar to embroidery, where on one side of the canvas you see a chaotic, knotted mess,
But exquisite elegance on the other.
In the moment we have no access to the other side.

Life is a leap into zero certainty of there being a net; not knowing if you allow yourself to surrender to transformation, whether anything or anyone you care about will survive intact.
Fear and shame will invariably infuse every atom of your being.
And the unknown always casts the longest, darkest shadow;
The specter of oblivion.
But digging in heels only prolongs the fear; prolongs the suffering.
All told, no one is ever going to embrace being lodged in what appears to be an endless deluge of manure,
But screw it; it’s fertilizer.🙄

I've heard you talk about your manifestation/ wish/ visualization for the "recovering asshole" before and I'm not gonna lie it had an an effect on me, because I realised I do resonate with that idea, because it's similar for me, I wish I could open my heart more to or feel that spark or connection with the supposed "nice guys" but it doesn't happen with me. I need more from a person, I like them a little more complicated i suppose.
