Some of the most cultured football you will ever see. This Spanish 'Golden Generation' of a decade + ago reminds me so much of France's artists of the mid eighties (Platini, Tigana, Giresse et al). Simply sublime.

i see england reaching at least the semi they have a strong IX eleven but they will encounter problems when they have injuries or suspensions capello is a world class manager as for spain this is a unique chance to win a world cup this is far the best team they have ever had

If England don't win the World Cup, I won't mind if Spain do. They play glorious football, far better to watch than the rigidly organised Brazil team.

spain dominated this match because 90% of the england players were from the bench. if it was starters from both teams this would have been more interesting.
