No trimming down the 4 x 6 and just a slight trim for a 5 x 7 on the mats doesn't get any better! And that is just hearing your starting description...thank you so much for sharing the construction with us. I actually have some of that paper design left from the very first total construction album that I made (back in 2013), so now I have a purpose for having kept it through the years. I absolutely love this design and am assuming you used the Kathy King hidden hinge binding system. Ginger, you never disappoint with your creativity...thank you again so very much for sharing with us!
I love when I see there's video from you ...you always made so BEAUTIFUL PRETTY... WORK..bit when I finished watching your videos...i just can say one word....AMAZING...THANK.. YOU 💖💖💖👌👌👌
Ginger, você é "o máximo". Mais uma vez obrigada por tanta generosidade de sua parte. Que Deus continue abençoando mãos tão maravilhosas. PAZ E BEM para você e os seus.
Janet Ravare Colson I shared the finished project on my blog. Here is the link mysistersscrapper.com/2017/02/graphic-45-portrait-of-a-lady-mini-album-class/
Hey !!! It is nice tutorial great idea !!!!!The paper you used is really beautiful !! this is my first comment and I really soooooooo much like your crafts ideas and channel!!!Keep it up ...............
Thanks Ginger. I love flippy flappy pages. I always wondered if there was a "correct" way to attach the flaps. I like to mostly adhere them to the inside of the page so you don't see the line at the sides of the designer paper (if that makes sense lol). But I've noticed crafters do it both ways. And I do it both ways. Usually it is when I decide to add a flap later.
My Sisters Scrapper Ginger, I can see your other Portrait of a Lady mini album on your blog and here, but I don't see this one. Do you know what date you posted it? Love it!! Thanks! ☺
Hello again! As always, I learn a ton when I watch your tutorials (now I know how to better attach a magnet, thank you) and am so glad when I get a notification that you have a new video to watch. Thus far I have made your Say Cheese envelope page mini album (twice!) and your Tri Fold Folio album to specifications, and want to try more/different page construction. My main question is about page sizing. Is there a general set of "rules" one can follow to create these pages for an album in a different size than one shown in a tutorial? I am working on an 8 x 8 Halloween album and I have the cover and binding done and am now on the search for page styles to use. I see many page styles but am having trouble figuring out the customizing of the size of the pages, pockets and flaps to fit the 8 x 8 format. Any information you can share would be very much appreciated! If you already have a tutorial covering this topic, I would love the to have the link. Have a great day!
I like watching your videos and learning a lot. Is there a video showing how to connect the pages to the album's spine? You can attach a link? Thank you
Great instructions. Can you tell me what you are using for the background you are filming on? Is it a table top or some sort of panel? I need something like that!
bearynice2u I thought I had shared that information in the video, however if not here you go. There are 2 sizes 4-1/4x6-1/4 the ones on the sides are 5x7
Kimmie Vargo Are you asking about the cardstock for wrapping the chipboard? If so you will need to cut down 2 pieces of 12x12 so they measure 9-1/2x12. Attach these pieces together so the piece measures 9-1/2 x24. Then score 1 inch along the short side and 1 inch along the long side. Trim off the excess after you lay the chipboard down.
Thank you for taking the time to show us these pages. I love the design.
I JUST LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHARE WITH THE REST OF US!
Oooo, I love this style too Ginger! Love your tutorials, thanks!

Tina B You're very welcome!
Love your tutorials- thank you so much! Can you tell me what brand of score tape you use?
Veronica Mercado I use Scor-Tape brand by Scor-pal
I look beautiful, I'll try to do it
Where do I find the instructions for assembly? Your books are fabulous. I would love to try one.
Hi there, thank you so much for sharing this beautiful work. Can you please tell me what blank album you used for this project? Many thanks
Angela Berger I made the album from chipboard.
I like watching your videos and learning a lot.
Is there a video showing how to connect the pages to the album's spine?
You can attach a link? Thank you
Great instructions. Can you tell me what you are using for the background you are filming on? Is it a table top or some sort of panel? I need something like that!
Cre8tivemom2002 The background is a photography backdrop paper. It comes on a large roll. I purchased it from Amazon.com
Thanks so much for the tutorial - it is so easy to follow. Did you show the completed album in another video? I must have missed it.
Rosemary
Rosemary Sokolowski I just shared it on my blog since this was a class project,
Thank you for the tutorial. Do you put the designer paper on the page before you attach it to the spine?
Patty K Yes, I decorate my pages before adding them to the book.
Excellent tutorial on how to make your pages for this album! What size are the photo tag inserts? TFS
bearynice2u I thought I had shared that information in the video, however if not here you go. There are 2 sizes 4-1/4x6-1/4 the ones on the sides are 5x7
I loved making this Album with you Ginger. I am trying to remake one myself and I have questions on the cover size. Can you please remind me.
Kimmie Vargo The covers are 5-1/2x7-1/2.
My Sisters Scrapper I know the chip board size, but how do I measure the card stock size?

My Sisters Scrapper, yes thank you Ginger
Wondering what the measurements between each of hinges ?
Hello! Thank you for the tutorial. Can you tell me how i get the measurements of the spine? Thank you!
Mónica Cardoso Whenever I make 6 pages my spine is 2-1/2 or 2-3/4.. you determine the width of your spine by the width of your binding system.
Can you please share the link to where you purchase your magnets? Thanks. pretty album.
luv2craftcards you can get them at Amazon or JoAnn . Here's the link. www.joann.com/basic-grey-small-magnetic-snaps/1465236.html
