learning Chinese is soo boring. but i leveled up my listening skills from very bad to a complete understanding of everything they're saying. (HSK 4 level) one month of self-study > 5 years of studying at my uni. and i wish i was joking. to be fair, of course i could have studied and did everything on my own WHILE studying at uni, but so much useless homework and a toxic teacher made me lose any motivation to do anything with my Chinese. at least i got a degree from one of the most prestigious universities in Russia, i can use it as a room decoration yay
i'm still doing only 10% of what I could be doing with my Chinese. from now on, I wont't be myself if I won't become fluent (HSK 6+) in this language by the time i'm 27. my goal is to know Chinese, speak and write it with almost complete fluency. OR AT LEAST know Chinese on the same level as English
why am i doing this? i don't know, i guess i have a very problematic relationship with this language. Chinese, you will surrender to me. this language is trolling me. let's see who's laughing now, Chinese. Yes, I personalized the language and am talking to a language. I'm okay, I promise.
I realised one tendency. Sometimes I’m clearly seeking attention. “Sometimes”. I became more mature, and the wisest thing I should do is shut up once and for all and only bring up this matter while praying. Wish me luck on my Chinese journey. I hope many of you will be free. God, have mercy.

I’m actually saying bye to an invisible audience. But I know they’re reading it. Something in me changed, and now I feel completely okay with the invasion of my privacy. I shouldn’t complain, because I realised my privilege. I can’t live with my eyes closed, and I’ll be praying. Bye 😪
