I also have speaking experience of tonges, was baptised with the Holy Spirit a lot of years ago. And I have to say, this was given to me by God for power, usefulness a very needed. Thank God for this gift to me, Though I am Christian a go to Orthod. Church, I pray tongues. Thank dr. Renner very much for preach a prayer.

Evidence of tongues is important but not something we should just focus on when looking for signs we have received The Holy Spirit. We should analyze the fruits of The Spirit in our nature.

I have never understood how some denominations say you get it when you are saved. Jesus was sin free and needed that experience. Their beliefs make no sense. Jesus didn't need to be saved because he was the Savior. If he needed the Holy Spirit, we sure need it.

I’ve heard people talk about demonic tongues-Pastor Rick talks about how if you ask God for the Holy Spirit He’ll give Him which I understand but where then do demonic tongues come from? Do they even exist?

I know it's been 4 years since this aired. I am filled with the Holy Spirit and I speak in tongues. Thank the Lord who led me to ministries to explain it to me and point out the scripture. My spirit was hungry as Denise said. But I always encounter the majority of the belief that speaking in tongues has past away. How to understand and explain this part of the scripture?

Here is my good question...I have been baptized over 4 year have always believe in God... my question is.. I having speech problems due to hearing lost as age 6 and how would I know am speaking in tongue?

@@RennerMinistries Thank you. This making sense because I have witnesses his work just about everyday since holt spirit open my spirit my spirit eyes and have seen so much miracles works and others don’t get it or seen it.. So easy spotting. Except I’ve no clue does speaking in tongues.
I’ve prayed to be baptized in the Holy Spirit for months now, but nothing seems to be happening. I’ve tried praying in tongues but every time I try nothing happens. I don’t know what else to do.

Hi Ps.Rick, you said that Jesus received the Holy Spirit's baptism when He was baptised in the water. Jesus didn't speak in tongue however. Therefore there is contracdiction on your speaking. You said that if there was a baptism in the Holy Spirit, people should speak in tongue. Please explain it to us. Thank you

didn't answer mine, I prayed for the holy spirit, and never spoke in tongs and still don't know how to pray in the spirit
