It will keep it on. You would have to create a separate automation/Shortcut in order to turn it off after a pre-determined amount of time

Quick question. Does that device come with a replaceable battery after two years of use?
It does not come with any additional in the box. It takes 2 CR2450 batteries. Hope this helps
