There were a couple of beautiful planted scapes in that one fish store that you had showed us. You also purchased some nice items too. Looking forward to seeing you scape your tanks with them.

Aquascaping in Japan is so fun! The materials are amazing, not like in the US. If I were in Japan, I definitely can make a nice looking tank easily! Actually, it applies to other hobbies. Japan is an amazing place for many things, except for working!
Can’t wait to see you setting up that new tank. Does eheim special edition comes with the standard green hose ? I have a 2215 and 2217 running a 30 gal and a 40 gal. I prefer the flow of the 2215. I think the 2217 on a 40 breeder was kind of a mistake. But at the same time, i have about 20 cherry shrimps, 2 otto and 18 guppy. I also run co2 from sodastream. I live this solution since sodastream co2 bottles are really cheap. To top it off, i also run a uv light from coralife.
Really you should consider about an Oase Biomaster filter with heater. It makes life so much easier, I saved 3 months for an Biomasger 600 and it's just perfect thing that I e ever purchased.
Love the video! I see you are stepping up the quality of the filter with the Eheim too. Good choice! The tetra works just fine but the Eheim is probably going to work better. I can’t wait to see the 60cm scaped again. 👍🏼
Yes, eheims are built to last many years and that’s the main reason why I went for it. I also love the simplicity of the classic series where filter boxes are not needed :)

Aquascaping in Japan is so fun! The materials are amazing, not like in the US. If I were in Japan, I definitely can make a nice looking tank easily! Actually, it applies to other hobbies. Japan is an amazing place for many things, except for working!
The 6 ft tank looks similar to md's discus fish tank.

That's a really nice eheim i got the exact 2215 but its that green color that they use i think the grey is much better thumbs up eheim 👍

There’s no Oase in Japan mate. If I could, I would. They only have one model here and it doesn’t include the heater

Looks nice of some stores but for the driftwood how do you keep them from getting soft or breaking down while not the fish tanks
While not in the fish tanks?? I just keep my driftwood on my balcony. I let the sun, rain, snow hit the driftwood

The tanks with plants and fish inside aren’t for sale. It’s only for display to inspire customers.

Nice Ryo! Just curious, which part of Japan are you located? I think Japan weather is cool enough not to require any chiller right?
In the summer it gets too hot. Water temps get around 35 celcius during the summer

why not use fluval filters? they are a lot better in my opinion than other filters..
My preference is eheim classic series or ada super jet series. I like the simplicity of having 0 media containers inside

60x45x45 is discontinued so I’m not sure. The new size that ada just started releasing is 60x45x36 which is ¥22,000 ($198)

Because eheim is cheaper and I’m not willing to spend $400 on a ada filter at this point.
