Sach bolen compare krte baki societies se jin se compare krte unka road size un ka NoC un ka distance isb se madnazar rakh k development charges compare kre. According to general rule of the market, it's 20 to 25 percent deduction. And check payment will be after 6 months. But blue world is deducting around 50 percent. It's their fraud scheme.

Matlab g.block 5 marla if 700000 total paid cost of land in which down payment had paid 70000 you will be able to get ONLY 539000 approximately wo be after six months which will get prolong till one year may b.. Shameful policy
Five years ago purchased 700K in 2017 file now price is only 539000 in 2024. 😂
