It's funny that the occasional walkers that are enjoying the trails that the trail pass purchasers pay for on a yearly basis to help pay for their maintenance, give us the stink eye for using them.
A lot of folks seemed to complain about the trail brushing, but all that woody debris left behind will break down and put nutrients back into the soil. And where the trail is opened up a lot more now it will let more sunlight in to dry the trail out a little quicker after rain, etc.
Agreed. Lucky the opinions of the whiners are absolutely worthless when it comes to tasteful temporary cutting for infrastructure repairs and preventive maintenance. The same people complaining will be the same people commenting how beautiful it is this time next year
