    Hope you enjoyed my compilation of past training videos as workout motivation. I love strength training. The more muscle you put on, the more "toned" you get. You look tighter, you gradually become stronger, and you can just do more!
    I've been training myself with weights since around 2010 consistently. Before then, it was inconsistent. I also grew up with ballet training for 16yrs. I have to say, it's a really good foundation to have with body movement, stability, and technique.
