You seemed so sad the whole video, like you wanted to cry the whole time. I loved every reason you gave for combing your locs out. Those are literally all the reasons I’ve decided to comb mine out after 4 years. You’re going to love your hair and I hope all the pain your been through gets washed away with that 1st wash on your combed out hair. Love you sister ❤ can’t wait to see the update
Thank you so much for your kind words💕 🫶🏾 I where my heart on my sleeve so it’s hard to hide my emotions. This journey has been very therapeutic and I look forward my new beginnings😊 I’m getting my very close 🙌🏽
Same. Had mine for 15 years and thinking about combing mine out one day, but mine are different lengths now. I’ve cut them twice, I have layers.. I just keep trying to do new things to satisfy my boredom first.
I love this video & appreciate your honesty. I feel the same way about hair holding energy. I've big chopped my hair off multiple times to remove it & was so FREEING!!
That was very therapeutic! Thank you. I have had my sister lokz for 19 years, and this journey has included so very much..SO VERY MUCH!😌🥹😶 It is indeed time to say goodbye to that hanging on of particular energy that can't continue with me into my new and next journey. #anotherRebirth 🎉❤❤❤ #itsTime
You all are brave. I am not putting them in at all because who is going take them out when I get tired of them. Box braids and I have the same problem. Love them but the removal is brutal for me.
Wow I can’t wait to see this ,I don’t have locs……but I had no idea that you could comb them out.Thank you my beautiful sister for sharing your mental health challenges my sister……teach one reach one.
I had my locs for only 15 months and it took 3-4 days I wish I was more gentle and patient.. I lost to much hair especially in the middle it's kinda long on the sides and lil short in the middle kinda weird but I don't want to cut it short
Yes 😊😑 but that’s when I realized I wasn’t using enough water. When ever it feels dry or hard to get through you should add water or you will be at it for hours 😑💕
This is my 8th year locversary and I cut them off 30mins ago🎉 I'll be starting a new journey in about 2mos. Here's to #NewChapters
Cheers my love 😍

You in ATL sis! I am the queen of hair takeout. A strange enjoyment I have.
I just did mine took me a week I would advise you to cut it shoulder length because your gonna loose length once you comb it out
@@ThespianNikiI was thinking the same thing, and I thought I was the only. 😂
So we not gonna talk about how damn good she looks for 40???😍
You are so sweeet💕 thank you😊

I’ve had locs for 30 years and I would never!!! Just cut it! People tell me oh I could comb it out…bye it’s hair and I’m busy
Can't wait to see the final result!
Wow that’s incredible, after 20 years you were able to comb them out. Cool
You all are brave. I am not putting them in at all because who is going take them out when I get tired of them. Box braids and I have the same problem. Love them but the removal is brutal for me.
If you hadn't said 40, I would have never guessed that :) You look A LOT younger ❤
Thank you 🤗
I’m definitely inspired came across your video and I’ll be starting my comb out journey after 4 years of being loced.
Good luck 💕

❤ feeling the same and going to comb mine out to. Love the video
Yay! Thank you! 🫶🏾💕
Had loc for thirteen years. Like you I am ready to comb them out but they’re so long don’t know where to start
I been waiting too long for this 1😁
Her voice really beautiful it goes very well with her face, she so fine
Have had mine for 10 years. Probably won’t get rid of them for another 2 or so, I’m 24.
I had my locs for only 15 months and it took 3-4 days I wish I was more gentle and patient.. I lost to much hair especially in the middle it's kinda long on the sides and lil short in the middle kinda weird but I don't want to cut it short
Wait you said it took almost 7 hours. Are you referring to just one lock it took 7 hours?
Yes 😊😑 but that’s when I realized I wasn’t using enough water. When ever it feels dry or hard to get through you should add water or you will be at it for hours 😑💕
I had to comb mine out 5 years in due to Psoriasis which I didn’t know I had. It’s not hard to do but very tedious.
Facts 💕
Is there anyone out there that take locs out for a living
Is it possible to comb out instant locs after 5 years?
I don’t see why not… I have heard of people doing so 😊
FORTY????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😲
