Who pays the tariffs. Unlike what Trumper says, you pay the tariffs, not nations like China. That is a huge tax on the American people and the resulting economic harm will be the same as when another stupid idiot signed the Smoot Hawley Tariff Act in 1930 that sent our nation into the Great Depression. Trump is a conman. Maybe someday you'll see it like the rest of us Republicans have already seen.
