I think I would probably do the same if I had the luxury of seeing Cinema Paradiso as many times as you have. I also have seen it many times, and as you say, the tears come all too easily for me as well. Morricone has a way of pulling you into the story with his themes without you realizing it, and then leaves you quietly to reflect on what you've just witnessed. There aren't many composers of the cinema that can do that with such compassion as does Morricone, and I'm not sure if we will ever see the likes of his genius ever again.

It would've been such a perfect performance, had there wasn't an annoying kid moaning at the back. There should be a strict rule in Theatre and every musical performance, that little children could attend the performance with them. Should the kid cause an annoyance or disturb the performance, Parents must bring them out of the hall immediately.
