I learned 2 things out of this video: 1) This type of ASMR is fun and original, it should be made into a series. 2) Paying a high price tag doesn't automatically come with good taste.
1) Yes, I would LOVE to make this a series! I already spend too much time a week doing this anyway 😂 2) Oh, absolutely. Having lots of money doesn't give you good taste either!
You guys, PLEASE tell me what you thought about the different houses! Which one would you guys want to live in?? Which one gives you the most ick? 😂 I have to know!!
The first one in Aspen was BEAUTIFUL. I’m a huge fan of the modern homes. My partner and I are in the process of buying a home so this is fuelling my excitement! If only we could afford these 😂😂 I’m super picky about kitchens so that’s a big factor when we’re house hunting! We have like a small galley kitchen rn and I’m done with it 😅
I ABSOLUTELY loooved the 2nd house. The 3rd one in Canada was so over the top it was insane, like it was trying too hard but it was fun. Nothing really appealed to me until The Bridge house. O.M.G... it took my breath away! I love green, I love wood, borderline heaven on earth I just need to be a multi-millionaire lol. Please do this again it was so much fun🤞
I’d love to see this again but with smaller family homes, touring through them is always so cozy I love covering up in fuzzy blanket and drinking some hot chocolate while touring them, and I think you doing it ASMR style would make it 1000000000000 times more cozy!
Insight from an old house dweller- the strange appliance in the second house's kitchen is a trash compactor! You put trash in, and it squishes it down like in walle to save trashcan space 🙃
I’m not paying $28 million for that first home. If I’m spending that kind of cash, there’s no chance I’d have neighbors that close to me. You’re right…you have to be paying for the location of that home. 28 million is a ridiculous asking price. The second house actually feels/looks more like a home. As of this message, I’m at the 22:00 minute mark of the video. I like the concept of this video. Good job and, thanks. Have a good night.
I love this idea so much! As someone who is also interested in interior design and houses this was the most relaxing and interesting video I've seen in a long time. Thank you for this and please do another one!
hii allison! i'm usually a quiet viewer, but i look forward to your videos every week, and i just absolutely loved this one! as i also very much enjoy browsing homes online, especially more older homes 🥰 i loved the 2nd home the most, the perfect amount of cozy and modern~
Aww we're so happy to hear from you!! Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Older homes do have a lot of charm, definitely. I love looking at them all!
This is such a fun idea!! Housing prices are the only thing that’s stopping me from moving to Vancouver tbh 😂 it’s like a million dollars to buy a shack.
Uggghhh Vancouver looks amazing but yes, the prices look insane. I'll have to settle for just visiting :( Why is the whole PNW area so expensive, it's my dream location!
for the 3rd house, I would simply take the 3rd master bedroom and put another hot tub/ chandelier combo in that round space. Such an insane amount of open space, so why not right!
Okay, you guys mentioned that I should also be looking at condos so that's what we did! Touring crazy expensive condos video is here!! - th-cam.com/video/RBB_KIGATs4/w-d-xo.html And Part 3 touring houses AROUND THE WORLD is here!! This one is my favorite yet 😄(Plus it's the longest!) - th-cam.com/video/VFq-Zftov78/w-d-xo.html
I could imagine the second house being the main house for a 90's movie! it's like a a labyrinth :0 i mean, imagine a scene where the guest is spying on the master bedroom but the house owner is going up the stairs so the guest sneaks out though the library stairs! such a fun house to get lost in :D i'd live there
let me explain the hot tub room because i’m rich. basically a lot of rich people like to combine their hot tub rooms with their ballrooms(every rich person is a ballroom dancer of course). we like to dance our little hearts out and then jump in the tub and relax. it’s also nice to get a glimpse of ourselves while laying in the hot tub.
Thank you so much for the insight, Ayden. It's very refreshing to hear from a rich person such as yourself. If you could please continue to educate us poors in the future while we take a peek at your luxurious residences, that would be fabulous. You know our poor brains can't wrap our minds around such things as the Ballroom Dancing Hot Tub Room! 😂
As soon as I see your smile and hear you talk I instantly feel so happy an comforted. You have such a kind energy and your videos are so relaxing and satisfying. Thank you for providing us with the best asmr !!❤❤
Yesss pleeaaase, I need a library like that! I have SO many books back at my dad's house that I would love to pack up and move into a library like that for my future kids! Plus I could re-read for the nostalgia 😂
Hello Jubilee. It’s been about a week now, and I’ve returned to say: I’m more than ready for another one of these. As an artist and architect, this is an ASMR experience I’ve desired for a very long time; intriguing, inspiring, and cozy, with a dash of silliness for garnish (shoutout our boy Steve). No rush, but if you could go ahead and make this a series I would be tremendously excited. Thank you.
looking at zillow is one of my favorite hobbies too! i love imagining myself living in these places (especially the extremely ostentacious ones!) i agree that the blindingly white home was too much and needed some personality. you should definitely do this type of video again!
Same!! It's funny how many of these outrageously prices ones I could never see myself living in. It's always ones more 'modestly' expensive homes that I prefer. There reaches a point of no return in the sq footage I think where I would just feel lost in my own home all the time.
We painted a house almost exactly like the first one and took us around a full week and at least 7-8 hours a day. The preparing took too much time but once your done putting plastic and paint rags on the floor and plastic on the things not allowed to paint and tapping it up then you finish everything so quick
If I had my druthers I would choose the 4th house, obviously. However, I must admit, for me, the 2nd house has immaculate vibes. I appreciate the post-modern library aesthetic. It reminds me of the apartment from Frasier.
I would love to love in the 2nd home. It was stunning. The one with all the chandeliers gave me the creeps how everything look the same and feel I would get lost and lose my mind with all the bedrooms.
Hi Dear Allison!! I haven't watched this video all the way through yet because I'm at work but will def finish it in the morning. This is one of my all time favorite video ideas!! Remember the game MASH back in the day? That's what it reminds me of lol. I can say this i would want a house with a big walk in closet, a library, and big wrap around porch. Oh and a big kitchen. Lol. If any of these homes come close to that I will finish this video and let you know what my favorite is ❤❤
Hi Kelli! Your video that you made a few weeks ago really helped inspire this one!! I look at zillow aaaalll the time so I loved seeing yours. I definitely agree with your wants, ESPECIALLY the library! What did you think of the library with the spiral staircase in this video?? I love it!
i love "window shopping" for apartments and houses. the higher the price, the more fun to judge the enteriour design choices house 1 is 5/10, the layout is weird and despite its size it still manages to feel cramped house 2 is lovely, i'm a huge fan of the dated architecthre abd the style, the view is amazing and i love how maze-like the place is, makes it feel more secure home 3 reminds me of an art museum and a college we've got, it feels like i'm not allowed to be quite at home in this home house 4 barely even looks like a house house 5 is boring house 6 feels like a luxurious cabin, i like it a lot, very nice views
Wow, thank you so much for the detailed thoughts, I love it! It's amazing how many 'larger' homes managed to feel cramped from just a terrible floor plan. Wasted space, smaller rooms, sq footage going into things that you don't need (like a room for a singular bottle of wine 😂). I love the maze-like feel of the 2nd one too, which is weird because I'm normally all about spaciousness. But something about feeling like you never know what's around the corner has always appealed to me, ever since I was a kid and my family was moving and we toured homes. I was in this house and I felt like I was at the edge of it and I went down this tucked away hallway and turned a corner and I found a staircase which led to a large second story area with some rooms. Idk why but it felt magical!
@@JubileeWhispers exactly! magical! plus i feel like it'd feel very secure and reassuring to know thag no robber or uninvited guest would know how to heck to find their way around - but you would! just add some hidden passages here and there and it's like a fortress
That second house is like my dream house, I absolutely love houses that a like a maze of little rooms. With stairs leading up and down, and things that seem out of a Harry Potter book.
My sister used to maintain fish tanks like the one in the Newport Coast house. To tell you the truth some were much larger. She made a lot of money doing it too. It is a very specialized field and she loved her job. Fun video
Heck yeah another video! Any update on new membership badges/emojis because its been a long time since you've added anything. Can't wait to hit a year as a member!
Hey Cody, sorry it has taken me so long to update them. I thought that I had them through a year but it turns out I messed up when making them originally haha. New badges are here all the way through 4 years of membership! I haven't added new emojis yet but I'm taking suggestions on what members would like in a post under the membership tab :) Let me know what you would like to see! I can't wait for a year too, then you guys will get special moon and star badges I made!!
As someone from Aspen CO, last summer I toured around insanely expensive homes in person! (Even though, I was definitely not buying) 10/10 would recommend
o i like this idea i hope you do more. To add on to this idea maybe start a whole series where you check each states most expensive houses and name a winner at the end of the season as if it was a show.
I think you were completely right to be judgmental of these expensive houses, lets be real if a home is this expensive it has to be perfect or at least close to it yk? And we neeeed more vids like this theyre amazing!! Also i have to agree with u on the 3rd house its so extra thats getting a bit tacky. And one last thing youre hilarious i couldn’t stop laughing this whole video at your reactions! loved this a lot
No, you're right. I feel mean sometimes judging places like this because this IS someone's home after all. But to be honest, the people that can afford these homes are probably a bit out of touch with reality hahaha. I'm definitely going to do another!
OMG! I too love architecture and interior design so this is great. What makes it perfect is that we seem to have the same views and sense of humor. You actually made me laugh out loud in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. Hahaha. Love this content, and love you!
I just recently found out about this series cause of your latest one you uploaded Jubilee and wow I love em these are my new favorite series lol. Can’t wait for the next one ❤
Loved this! FYI Medina is probably the most expensive neighborhood in/outside of Seattle and this house is most likely just a couple of streets down from bill gates and Jeff bazos, and has a view of the whole city and is on the water, so that’s why it’s so expensive!
My favorite was the second house. Still 8 out of 10 tho, could be better for these prices. I'm dying to see more of this and hearing your comments and agreeing with a lot of them as well. A library is a must have in any home.
I think that the third house is probably supposed to be multi-generational, because there was a few bathrooms with double sinks. It's giving me dynasty vibes.
Just founf your channel and YES please do more house tours!!! Personally the Vermont one was my favorite, I love those cozy wood-filled homes just surrounded by nature. Stowe VT is a swanky mountain town by the slopes.
I own a 10,600 sq ft 8 bed 10 bath in Maine, you can tour it for real, we airbnb it all summer while we’re out of New England. Even includes a butler! 😂
The housing prices in some places for "normal" houses is genuinely so insane that sometimes a multi-million dollar mega mansion doesn't feel that off. Absolutely not relatable since a house for a full family (parents and kids) in my home town can easily be under 100k lol. Also WOW the first house is expensive for the size. It'sonly about 7 times bigger than the apartment I currently rent and if I recall correctly this apartment at purchasing price is about 300k. 19:40 For MILLIONS I would expect the spiral staircase to be a bit more fancy than industrial metal, but other than that absolutely a dream. Although personally I'd populate those shelves a bit more too, it looks kind of like they haven't read the books they keep and they're simply there for aesthetics (if we're being judgy haha) 28:05 Now this is what I expect from rich people houses and honestly the price is not TERRIBLE. 700 Canadian per square foot is insane but it could be a lot worse. I'm not a huge fan of it myself it's giving a bit too faux-rich, everything-made-from-marshmallow-vibes. I'd like it more if it didn't seem so fake-polished (literally since it's so white and glossy). It'd be gorgeous if it had some wood paneling, maybe deep green in the kitchen, rich mahogany and burgundy reds in the living areas, literally anything else than looking like an uncolored coloring book. 1:03:50 It's interesting that in a multi-million dollar house the most personality you can find is in the books and posters in presumably the children's rooms. Rather than the architecture or the boring color (white), gives perspective on how you can really make any place feel homely as long as the decor suits your interests. The rest of the house was very "we'll keep this white because it's good for the market value" which is quite sad in the kid's rooms.
Wow m'y favorite ils the wooden one in thé forest and the second one 😍 i would love an other épisode and r more houses in nature, forest or beach or lake ❤❤❤❤ i m a sucker for Books and library too. The last house that you didnt tour in the mountain seems wild and very veautiful also
Thank you so much for making this video! I am an interior decorator so this was super interesting for me, I never work in homes this expensive or grand so it was really refreshing to see. Very relaxing and you had all the same thoughts as me when touring them! Number 2 is my favourite by far, a little crazy layout but super interesting. I would love to see lots more of these when you can!
Side note as I finish your video - I'd be happy to offer you some interior decorating tips for free if you ever need it! Seems like you have great taste already. You say your tastes are "conflicting" but it appears you have a different taste for different hobbies, moods, purposes and environments which is totally normal and means you have great personality! That's why these stark white homes are so boring for you, because you have so many different interests :)
That is so cool to hear you're an interior decorator, Pippa!! Do you think you would like to work in a huge space like one of these with an outrageous budget? Or do you prefer smaller, cozy spaces? I imagine it'd be a little overwhelmingly to look at a massive 12,000 sq ft empty space and think about filling it. At least, I'm that way in the sims! I reckon 2 is my favorite too. I would switch out some cabinetry but other than that, the layout fascinates me! I will definitely be doing another one. Also, your second comment is SO SWEET. It absolutely warmed my heart to hear. I do often feel like it's weird how my styles change up so frequently but what you said makes absolute sense! People with lots of different hobbies and interests would have different tastes, thank you for reassuring me that this is normal!! ❤❤❤
@@JubileeWhispers Large spaces are definitely overwhelming, it usually would take a while to get to know the client, their needs, likes and dislikes etc to fill a space like that. I definitely prefer small and cozy spaces! I love your sims videos as well, you have great taste and a good sense for where things belong and what goes or doesn't! The layout of the second one is what attracted me as well, I did also love the location and design concept of the wooden one (i forgot which one that was) in the forest, that was amazing, but too much wood like you said, made it feel more like a cottage vacation home or ski lodge than an actual HOME. Oh of course and you're so welcome, it's better to have so much diversity because it means you have so much choice and lots to work with, especially from my point of view, sometimes its hard to work with clients who don't know what they like at all. Whereas, in your case, I think it would be so much fun because there's room for so many interesting and unique designs that fit your personality! So happy to reassure you!

No, you're right. I feel mean sometimes judging places like this because this IS someone's home after all. But to be honest, the people that can afford these homes are probably a bit out of touch with reality hahaha. I'm definitely going to do another!
@@JubileeWhispers for millions of dollars I think it’s fine for a harsher critique of these houses!!
@@ghostin3274 exactly!
This is one of my favorite hobbies lol
please keep making this type of asmr!! so relaxing
0:56 also love your outlook on hobbies 😊😊😊
Absolutely LOVE this video, please do more!
Loved this! FYI Medina is probably the most expensive neighborhood in/outside of Seattle and this house is most likely just a couple of streets down from bill gates and Jeff bazos, and has a view of the whole city and is on the water, so that’s why it’s so expensive!
i loved this so much! ❤ was laughing and sleepy at the same time. please make another one allison!
My favorite was the second house. Still 8 out of 10 tho, could be better for these prices. I'm dying to see more of this and hearing your comments and agreeing with a lot of them as well. A library is a must have in any home.
I just love this video!! I love looking through houses too, it feels nice to dream hehe
one of ur best videos ever ❤❤❤ pls do more of this
17:19 trash compactor...I have one but never use it
omg the singular wine bottle in the glass room made me audibly laugh 😭 I loved this video so much 100% need more of these down the line
I remember when I was younger we’d visit Dallas, and sometimes go to expensive house open houses. I used to think that was so much fun.
I think that the third house is probably supposed to be multi-generational, because there was a few bathrooms with double sinks. It's giving me dynasty vibes.
Well I do not like it 😂 I think there are waaaaay better ways to do multi-generational homes. With more color 🙃
I LOVED this! I'm a big fan of looking at houses so this just filled me with joy! I hope you can make another video like this!
17:10 is a wine fridge
I looooove the weird artsy houses!!!
17:16 is probably a trash compactor.
Great video, can't wait for the next Zillow dive!
The coolest video ever!!!!!
This is the most fun I had in days ( lol I don't have a life ) anyway please keep giving us this tours
Just founf your channel and YES please do more house tours!!! Personally the Vermont one was my favorite, I love those cozy wood-filled homes just surrounded by nature. Stowe VT is a swanky mountain town by the slopes.
I love this so much!!! I need more!!!!!
I've been to a house for a birthday party in the same neighborhood as the Newport coast house you showed and it was breathtaking.
I own a 10,600 sq ft 8 bed 10 bath in Maine, you can tour it for real, we airbnb it all summer while we’re out of New England. Even includes a butler! 😂
Loved this video, although I would decorate completely differently, I have to say the bridge house is my fave !!
You’re missing out only looking at houses there’s so many cool lofts/pent houses in downtown areas! Sorry I’m a Zillow addict myself
really nice relaxing and interesting video, thank you
The housing prices in some places for "normal" houses is genuinely so insane that sometimes a multi-million dollar mega mansion doesn't feel that off.
Although personally I'd populate those shelves a bit more too, it looks kind of like they haven't read the books they keep and they're simply there for aesthetics (if we're being judgy haha)
28:05 Now this is what I expect from rich people houses and honestly the price is not TERRIBLE.
The rest of the house was very "we'll keep this white because it's good for the market value" which is quite sad in the kid's rooms.
omg 100k??? where i live family homes are like 2.5 mil (aud)
Wow m'y favorite ils the wooden one in thé forest and the second one 😍 i would love an other épisode and r more houses in nature, forest or beach or lake ❤❤❤❤ i m a sucker for Books and library too. The last house that you didnt tour in the mountain seems wild and very veautiful also
this is my favorite video i think
This was so hilarious. More please!
17:10 I think it might be a trash compactor.
that was my guess too!
This exactly the asmr I need
Love this video, thank you! ❤️
17:16 is this for composting?
I loooooved this video please do more!🙏 💜
The giant entrance with the chandelier just makes me think fancy hotel.
Cool vid idea!! Looking forward to another great video :DD
This is my favorite video you've ever done.
Who here liked MTVs Cribs?
House #2 - How did they even manage to get furniture in any room?
I love this video!!! I already peruse random homes on zillow during my free time, so this is like doing it with a friend lmao.
AHHH THIS VIDEO IS SO ME I LOVE IT 🥰
Im so happy other ppl do this too
Thank you so much for making this video!
So happy to reassure you!
you are the only ASMR artist to put me to sleep I literally watch you every night! you always play my favorite games and do things I enjoy very much your content is literally my entire life thank you so much for your channel I am seriously so grateful for you and your videos 🥹🤍
This is amazing yessssss
Nice vid, like the video idea allot. Very unique.
Omg I love this.
my mum used to look at really expensive houses to 😂😂😂 (also i love your videos ♥♥♥)
Don't find me strange for this but I always go on Zillow and PetFinder for fun and always wanted to find a relaxing ASMR video of someone scrolling through one of them. I'm not joking when I say that my jaw dropped when I saw the title of this video on my for you page. Your amazing, Jubilee!!!
28 million and no pot filler. No thank you. Also that thing you asked about in the second house is like a trash compactor type thing.
That first house was really not worth 28 mil 2/10 for me.
