The seventh commandment has shaped my character really as I grew up, it made me faithful to people I wished to date and I will never cheat on a boyfriend or my future husband. I have been cheated on before and it hurts, badly. It makes you feel low when you've been cheated on. Fatima luz The Lord Jesus who was "declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead" (Romans 1:4 KJV) did in fact die for our sins according to the scriptures. He paid the penalty and price that God the father required, for the debt of sin. "Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins" (1 John 4:10 KJV) That word "Propitiation" very basically means..."a Sacrifice that satisfies God." We read in Colossians 2:14 "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross." On the cross He bore our sins and the wrath of God which abides on everyone of us. The second last words of Jesus on the cross was, "It is Finished". PAID in FULL. There is now NOTHING to be done, except BELIEVE. God can now righteously and justly offer salvation to ALL of mankind because the debt of sin has been paid. There is a pardon available, if only you will receive it by faith. "Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto ALL and upon ALL them that believe." (Romans 3:22 KJV) There is a "gift" of salvation available if you will accept it by faith. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23 KJV) In conclusion, though the debt has been paid, we MUST personally receive it. It does nothing for us unless it is received. I have never been religious my whole life i was raised as a Roman Catholic. But I'm thinking of coming back to the Church! Well I'm 27 years old and all i see is sin all over the place. Homosexuality being forced on us and trance gender people in the news 247 everyday all day. People are just going crazy as we step away from religion more and more. (do what thou wilt) world we live in these days is just not for me and i hope I'm not alone in these dark times.

The reason that true biblical Christianity is correct is that there is a resurrection from the dead. Witnessed by over 500 people. The passing of time does not diminish the truth of the resurrection. Nobody goes to hell because they did not hear about the Lord Jesus. People go to hell, because they reject the light that they have received from God. God says that he "lights" every man that comes into the world. That's why all men are without excuse, because everyone knows that there is a God that created all things. But in their rebellion they reject the truth and worship the creature rather than the creator. As for all the religions out there. Man innately knows that that he is separated from God because of his own sin. And man tries through religion, to get back into fellowship with God. But no religion can accomplish that, only the blood shed of the Lord Jesus can cleanse us from all sin. What separates true biblical Christianity from all the other false religions of the world is that there is a resurrection from the dead. The resurrection is historical proof that Jesus Christ rose from the dead. He completely changed this world. Men have been trying to get rid of the name of Jesus for 2000 years and it will not happen. "Of his kingdom, there shall be no end".

The cross is fine because Jesus died on the cross. I don't bow down to the cross when I pray of course and you shouldn't but having a cross by your bedside or on your wall isn't a bad thing. You're representing your love for Christ by depicting the cross.

Actually, I think you might find that the wording of the 9th commandment is Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness. It's important that you know exactly how each of the Ten Commandments are worded.
If you're remembering the Sabbath and keeping it holy, then you are not murdering anyone. The actual translation is "Thou Shalt Not Murder". Sorry, The 5th commandment is talking about your earthly dad and mom. Simple. Do you obey them? I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to teach here? But the mother of our Lord Jesus states very clearly that she needed a SAVIOUR because she too was a sinner. No, the 10 commandments are the measuring tool by which we can see if we have sinned. When I was 31yrs, I read the 10 commandments and realized that I had sinned against God and that I deserved to be separated from Him for all eternity. I was lost. I was condemned. I deserved hell and the lake of fire. But thankfully I could run to the Lord Jesus and receive forgiveness for all the sin I had committed. He paid the price that I could have never paid. It's good for Christian's standards but not for everyone. Nine Noble Virtues; Courage (Valiance), Truth (Sincerity), Honor, Fidelity, Discipline, Hospitality, Self Reliance, Industriousness (Diligence), and Perseverance. People from every faiths can follow the Nine Noble Virtues.
But what if not a Christian? There're many different religions out there, and they don't believe in Jesus. Like me, I'm a Norse Heathen, and I don't believe that I should have to bow before a god to be saved. Only my actions will save me, But that is my own views, I know as a Christian you believe the only way to be save is through your Lord Jesus Christ.
No, it's not too late. Go to God in prayer, ask him to come into your heart. Tell him that you know you are a sinner and that you know you need Jesus to save you. The seventh commandment has shaped my character really as I grew up, it made me faithful to people I wished to date and I will never cheat on a boyfriend or my future husband. I have been cheated on before and it hurts, badly. It makes you feel low when you've been cheated on. He paid the penalty and price that God the father required, for the debt of sin.

That word "Propitiation" very basically means..."a Sacrifice that satisfies God."

The second last words of Jesus on the cross was, "It is Finished". PAID in FULL.
There is now NOTHING to be done, except BELIEVE.
God can now righteously and justly offer salvation to ALL of mankind because the debt of sin has been paid. There is a pardon available, if only you will receive it by faith. "Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto ALL and upon ALL them that believe." (Romans 3:22 KJV)
There is a "gift" of salvation available if you will accept it by faith. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23 KJV)
In conclusion, though the debt has been paid, we MUST personally receive it. It does nothing for us unless it is received.

I have never been religious my whole life i was raised as a Roman Catholic. But I'm thinking of coming back to the Church! Well I'm 27 years old and all i see is sin all over the place. As for all the religions out there. Man innately knows that that he is separated from God because of his own sin. And man tries through religion, to get back into fellowship with God. But no religion can accomplish that, only the blood shed of the Lord Jesus can cleanse us from all sin.
What separates true biblical Christianity from all the other false religions of the world is that there is a resurrection from the dead. The resurrection is historical proof that Jesus Christ rose from the dead. He completely changed this world. Men have been trying to get rid of the name of Jesus for 2000 years and it will not happen. "Of his kingdom, there shall be no end".

The cross is fine because Jesus died on the cross. I don't bow down to the cross when I pray of course and you shouldn't but having a cross by your bedside or on your wall isn't a bad thing. You're representing your love for Christ by depicting the cross.

When I was 31yrs, I read the 10 commandments and realized that I had sinned against God and that I deserved to be separated from Him for all eternity. I was lost. I was condemned. I deserved hell and the lake of fire. But thankfully I could run to the Lord Jesus and receive forgiveness for all the sin I had committed. He paid the price that I could have never paid. He shed His blood and died in my place. The just for the unjust, to bring me to God. John 14:6

It's good for Christian's standards but not for everyone. Nine Noble Virtues; Courage (Valiance), Truth (Sincerity), Honor, Fidelity, Discipline, Hospitality, Self Reliance, Industriousness (Diligence), and Perseverance. People from every faiths can follow the Nine Noble Virtues.

But what if not a Christian? There're many different religions out there, and they don't believe in Jesus. Like me, I'm a Norse Heathen, and I don't believe that I should have to bow before a god to be saved. Only my actions will save me, But that is my own views, I know as a Christian you believe the only way to be save is through your Lord Jesus Christ.

No, it's not too late. Go to God in prayer, ask him to come into your heart. Tell him that you know you are a sinner and that you know you need Jesus to save you. That you believe Jesus shed his blood for your sins and ask him for forgiveness for your sins. Ask him to cleanse you from all unrighteousness and to fill you with the Holy spirit. He loves you and wants you to come to him. God bless
