I had loved him in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. When he showed up in a TV series I was beyond thrilled. I was 23 when the show started...prime “lust for him” years. I loved everything about him. (I wore my fake ‘just like his’ Adidas until they were worn out) He and David were such a perfect pair. Chemistry like that can’t be faked. The only other pair I’ve ever been deeply connected to were Gerald McRaney and Jameson Parker. They had that chemistry on SIMON & SIMON, and they were brothers. (And still best friends) Just like Starsky and Hutch, they will entertain us, and we’ll love them as long as we have the ability. As for the walk...sexy in those tight jeans...I always called it ‘The Starsky Strut’. Thank you for this beautiful video.
There WAS another of couple cop partners thst were brilliant and theyve been firgotten cagney and lacey ladies but great chemistry and used alot of their scrips in my acting classes
