I suspect the line 'I'm very well trained' comes from a translation of the native Japanese version. 鍛えられている has the dual meaning of 'to be well trained' as well as 'to be forged or tempered' (as in metal, swords, etc). I'm not sure why they chose to translate it as trained instead of forged/tempered, but it may be something of a pun in the original Japanese, implying both that (because the guy is a pot) he is well forged and tempered and can withstand a lot of punishment, while also, because is alive and probably a warrior, meaning that he has training and discipline.
To keep the pun intact, how about "Don't worry, I'm a hardened warrior" or "I'm tougher than I look"

The moving framed comment at 5:01 kinda spooked me
6. Best thing about this moment was the bait and switch of "wait is there a guy trapped in that pot? That red lid makes me think there's a dude in there" especially cos he's all like "I'm stuck here". Then after you bash him out you realise "oh no way! It is the actual pot talking!"
For me it was the detailed custom map icons.
That level of care over something that small is usually only found in very passionate indie games.
Looking back, I love how these 74 seconds feed you information. First, you say, "wait, who's talking?". You look around and you see a pot in the ground. I assumed at first that it was a guy stuck in the pot monster. As it turns out the pot monster IS my friend. And then the game tells me through his dialogue that I can give him a big whack to get him out of the hole. Heck Yeah! And yes it did end up being the best game of 2022.
