    Great content! I would love to also see the code of the controller, either in a blog, or in a secondary channel, it will probably be boring video content for 90% of people

      I agree, I would love to find out more because it’s an interesting thing to build. Dare I say even more interesting than the EDM ;).

    I have an E110 I just rebuilt a few years ago. Sill need to find a good source for the filter cartridges. probably need to dig into the servo in the next while as it is jumpy on occasion.

      Hi, thats nice to know! What do you use for cooling? A running tap, or a water chiller? Im trying to figure out how much cooling capacity it needs.

    • @tetnum
      @tetnum 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@baxedm9806 the manual is amusingly vague on the cooling water requirements. it says water below 120 PSI and a 3/8" line. In practical operation I have run it with out a chiller and on a glycol building loop. the machine only takes 2.5-3 Kw so the amount of heat going into the 20 gallons of dielectric fluid is not crazy. i never really noticed any difference running with and without water. After the move in the next month I think I will be setting it up with a 1/2 ton glycol chiller and removing the water control valve.

    Looks great! But it seems to me that the center of gravity is shifted to the rear of the car.

    That is just great for your kids! Customer want's a change, just update the software.
    Tell them Elon's people do the same thing on the Tesla.
    You might be surprised at how many, even very young, kids know what a tesla is.
