For those wondering "Why the bandages over Prince Loki's eyes?", this relates to mythology Loki being chained up beneath the Earth's surface, as punishment for killing Balder (the god of Light and Goodness, similar to positive aspects of a sun god). Post DF Loki needing ALL the giants that are capable of fighting is a feat. Especially since we know how strong most of them are

Just to clarify, a bounty is not an indication of someone's power. It's an indication of how dangerous the government perceive an individual to be. For example, Crocodile's bounty didn't grow because he got stronger (he might have, but the bounty is not the indication), it grew large because he scaped impel down, participated in the war against the Marines and joined a Yonko's crew. (Not to mention bounties get frozen when you become shishibukai so initial bounty was never a good indicator.
Doesn't even matter man. Everyone has far over a billion now. Zoro and Sanji now look like complete irrelevant nobodies. This is getting annoying.

I thought at first that the x mark on Luffy's arm might reveal some sort of time manipulation using his powers, but than I remembered that Vivi is at the headquarters of the World Newspaper, so she probably added that as a sign for the Straw Hats.
Loki being chained could be a reference to the wolf Fenrir being chained and it's role in Ragnarok (dawn of the gods)
Or when Loki was chained up himself after killing Heimdall

As I thought, Loke isn't ment to be the main antagonist for this arc. The real Loki was raised by snow giants/Titan and is the adopted son/nephew of Odin, and step brother of Thor. Loke must ate that Devil Fruit to protect some sort of legacy. There has was been a method to some character's portrayed madness. Like with Oden and the 9 scabads.

In Norse mythology, Loki is banished for the death of Baldmore. And shows up again at a banquet insulting the gods. In some storys, he is the one who starts Ragnarok. As in the final battle of the gods. Another words, Loke could just be the starting bell to the final war in One Piece's story.
I think Loki stole a devil called the hito hito no mi mode, surtur. I think Loki was always over shadowed by his brother Thor, and when he secretly killed thor, he was overshadowed by his step brother, so he decided to kill his father, Odin and steal a devil fruit from a vault. Now, lokis new goal is to make the world bend down to him, and even the sun to be below him so that it can’t cast a shadow and therefore he can’t be overshadowed. He willing to destroy the world for this goal, which is ragnorak

I want to draw some attention to the Big trees. Elbaf has one and so did Ohara. Wonder if they have anything to do with the people there. Ohara had the smartest researchers, elbaf strongest warriors.
