The concept of prescriptive maintenance and its importance of making our existing maintenance procedures much more efficient and effective has been very well explained. The differences between various maintenance procedures have also been brought out lucidly for every one to grasp. The importance of incorporating sensors in various assemblies of a system by OEM in our future procurements is now become essential to exploit the power of AI,IOT and AR. I would like to complement Gen Narayanan for this excellent talk and to Gen Matharu and his team for bringing forth such an important and relevant issue for our Corps.
