Customers desires and customers budgets are always two completely different things. They all see the crap at the box stores with 6 lights wire transformer kits for $200 and expect the results you present in this video. So the homeowner is thinking about $1000 should give them a beautiful display that people will be amazed. Well as a contractor this design is really high end and would cost any where from 5K to $7500 with no problem. These jobs come along once a year maybe.
This style is becoming antiquated as we move more into the 21st century. People are wanting more with color and something they can use for holidays as well. That would make the price more bang for your bucks. Its just these landscape companies are not willing to upgrade -Nothing stays the same and everything changes.
@@mzzcognac6459 This doesn't look antiquated to me. Nice classy 2700 K lighting is the best. If you want the bulbs to be RGB so you can simply use a phone app to change the color to red and green lights during christmas, fair enough, but the rest of the year, a nice warm 2700 light looks the best. Otherwise your house looks like a casino all the time
Excellent. Thanks
Really nicely done!

Thank you
Do you know any good book for landscaping lighting design?
