If you are wondering, he missed a few shots but he also shot so many shots total that the percentage of shots he missed was so small it rounded up to 100%
No, it's because he hit a lot of headshots. If headshots counted as regular hits he would've gotten like 75-90% accuracy

@@Orileyy I don't know if Fortnite counts it. The limit might be 100%, as Zemie got exactly 100%, which is highly unlikely, which probably means that he had an accuracy of more than 100%, opposed to exactly that. I haven't seen a game with an above 100% accuracy, I don't think

You're wrong. He missed like 10 shots, but the thing is that accuracy isn't only determined by hits/shots, but headshots counted more than hits, so because he hit a ton of headshots, his accuracy adjusted to be higher

However upon further investigation (proper precise pausing) you can see that the bullet line has went through the Tomatohead's head *so no head?* Zemie's crosshair is also just on Tomatohead's head.
