Artem lives in a frontline town in Sumy region (near the border with russia), where there are constant air alerts and shelling, but he does not want to leave his city because it is his HOME. I assume that these frames are an allegory of the walls from which "home" is built - a place "where you are not alone", "where you are never lonely", "where you can be yourself, be whoever you want, your relatives will be with you" . These are literally quotes from the Ukrainian part of the song.
