- WE LOVE Jem and the Holograms, so my friends and I decided to make a little music video to show our love for this amazing girl power TV show!

Let's look at this carefully. This is a very well made and lovingly dedicated homage to Jem and the Holograms, the look and feel has a very heavy 80's influence to it whilst still trying to keep the music as modern as possible and by doing the theme song in a modern sounding way. You can clearly tell alot of passion and enthusiasm was put in this. I'd rather see this and the people involved in this come together and make a more dedicated live action Jem than what has just been released via trailer, because at least with this the dedication and attachment to the source material is very clear here than in the trailer.

YOU GUYS WOULD HAVE MADE SUPER MEGA AMAZING MOVIE! compared to this wreck of trailer of Jem and the holograms movies that came out recently.
Now, THIS is a more suitable INTERPRETATION of Jem. These girls have achieved a perfect balance between yesterday and today; As they are not only VERY talented, beautiful, and although each of them has given her own human side to these cartoon/doll characters, they have impeccably managed to retain as much of the doll's original look as possible, (with a REASONABLE modern twist). And again, although their music is a bit modernized, it holds the 80's flavor, and if you give a listen, you'll see what I mean. BRAVO for them!!! Now, THIS is a MUCH more acceptable (present day) INTERPRETATION of Jem, and THAT'S the truth, Ruth!
The official movie trailer was like putting lemon juice into my eyes so I came back here to wash my eyeballs out with spot on Jem medicine. Why couldn't the movie be like this?!

They totally should have chosen you all to play Jem and the Holograms! You have great musical talent and I love the way you remodeled the characters to fit today, but they were Jem and the Holograms. I also liked the violin as I've said before, it was a neat twist! Completely perfect and awesome!

Really sad that whoever directed and produced the JEM movie never captured the true story of JEM. The people who made the movie Jem, really should have involved Christy Marx the creator of Jem and the holograms. They totally made a disaster of the Jem movie.

You guys should start a Kickstarter, contact Christy Marx, and stage your own Jem and The Holograms movie. you guys are bad ass compared to that train wreck that is the "Jem and The Holograms" movie.

Well this was WAAAAY better than the trailer for the new live action movie. The producers should have called up these ladies and asked them to star in the movie. At least they would have been true to the real show. Great job ladies. Your makeup, your outfits and your attitudes were Spot on. Great job on the song. You brightened my day after that trailer put me in a dark mood. Thanks so much. Keep doing it. It would be great if you did little clips of the episodes as a web series. When this movie tanks they might contact you in the future to re do it, like they re made the Batman franchise with Christian Bale instead of the Micheal Keaton/ Val Kilmer/ George Clooney versions. Bam, You nailed it! I'm just floored at how well you have captured the true spirit, and the great music, which made Jem so unique in its time. People, and specifically Hollywood, may forget that Jem had broad appeal and a diverse audience. We still remember it and I like to think that some day others can share that experience.
