    Im going through the steps myself! My Stratus is doing the same thing, only clicks. Did the ignition switch work? I didnt hear it.

    What do I do if I do not have the key to get the switch out then can I grind the tap off or what can I do can you please help me on a 1997 Chrysler sebring please help

    Would the ignition switch also be an issue for the car rapid clicking instead of just one click

      Its possible, but usually rapid clicking is a sign of weak battery or bad connection at the starter or battery cable

      Pretty sure I just grabbed it from my local advance auto parts

    It didn't have anything to do with the key skim

      @@thegreatone1067 the issue it had was it wouldn’t do anything when turned the key, I got lucky and noticed if you turn it really slow there a small spot right before full turn where it would crank on, but if you turned the key all the way it wouldn’t crank, that’s why I replaced the ignition switch because the contacts had worn in it
