Honestly quality seems to be really good. Sofirn are definitely getting better as time goes on.
Pro tip with glue in glass. Get one of those flat spudgers they use for phone screens etc, and spend like 30 minutes slowly going around the edge doing lap after lap. Unfortunately there's never any guarantees though. Glad you tore it down either way!

Were you able to fix it? My flashlight (24pro) fell 1 meter today and same problem (

I haven't really fixed it. I smashed the glass on the sidelight. I think there might be a design flaw or connectivity issue where the Ground side of a battery is not making contact with the Ground terminal of the Driver. The connection for Ground appears to go via the tail spring, aluminum case, up toward the head, through the MCPCB, and back into the driver.

@@TorchHacker Yes, you're right, this, a design flaw. There was a bad contact of the LED pad with the housing, the problem was in the fastening of one screw, tinned the copper pad around the screw hole and the flashlight worked. But when reassembled, the lens presses on the LED and the pad comes loose, works, but shock/shock due to the one way locking(screw head) can break the contact.
And heating the glass was very difficult, ended up pouring alcohol on it and removing it))
