Inle lake has to be one of the best places to visit in Myanmar. It's rich in culture and scenery, the floating villages on the lake are one of a kind. It's for sure one of the best places in all of Myanmar. When traveling to the Burmese country, make sure to put it on your bucket list. The closest city Nyaung Shwe is best to reach by bus, the villages on the lake are only accesible by boat and there are plenty of boat tours offered by local fisherman. You could even find a hotel on the lake itself.
Travel to Myanmar in 2020 while you can, the country will become more touristy year by year from now!
