HOW TO: Operate My Wheelchair Lift

Thanks just won a shuttle and couldn’t work the lift. Was missing pushing the parking brake.

Mine doesn't come down flat on the ground in the back.
It's lands on the ground on a slant.
The front is touching the ground but the back isn't.
Any suggestions?
