- In Ailao Mountains, southwest China's Yunnan Province, the valley of the tropical monsoon forest remains silent in the afternoon. A series of clucks breaks the silence. It is tea time for red junglefowl. Watch the video to learn more about the species.

The last bit showing the crew crossing the stream while carrying their equipment makes me appreciate the amount of time and effort needed to create a nature film. Thank you!
Wao make more videos . Like about gena fiwl and wuail in wild
Wow this is interesting
Indahnya alam itu . Salam kenal dari Herdy djamaskoe.
Chickens have come a long way, yet remain so humble.
Very Beautiful
Perfect ones
And narrative
Fancy chickens cool.
Basically 😂
These are to chickens what wolves are for dogs
Chickens are gallus gallus domestica, red junglefowls are gallus gallus gallus, they are the same species gallus gallus
Very beautiful.

@@indyreno2933 Aves are reptiles
@@dibershai6009 Yea, I think they are very close to T-rex.
@@keerthi3086 More closer to velociraptor, but similar to T-rex, too.
Red Jungle Fowl was my favorite chicken last ten years ago I have more than three pairs
Great video!!!!
The OG chicken
Dokumentasi yang keren, dengan suara yang jelas, sangat menginspirasi untuk membuat konten seperti ini, boleh tahu kak pakai aplikasi apa untuk mengisi suara?
So they are basically some fancy chickens
Yes they are wild chickens that aren't domesticated, basically
The zoo where I live has them…as pest control, in addition to blue peafowl. The zoo has them wander the property free-range, assumedly with clipped wings, to eat all the pests and bugs. Many of the females will have chicks following her as they run through the crowds of people and intone vegetation. I’m assuming they could still be raised on a farm or in an aviary?
@@bradycall1889 No, the are not 'wild chickens'. The name is junglefowl.
@Dr.Ian-Plect, "chicken" refers to the genus Gallus as a whole, therefore chickens and junglefowl are the same thing, just like "dog" refers to the family Canidae as a whole, "cat" refers to the family Felidae as a whole, "cattle" refers to the tribe Bovini as a whole, "camel" refers to the family Camelidae as a whole, "pig" refers to the family Suidae as a whole, "guinea pig" refers to the genus Cavia as a whole.
@@indyreno2933 Reno, I 've already responded to you on this very point on another thread.
I told you that the convention of a common name applying to all taxa is at family level, not genus level. Just as in your dog, camel and pig examples, that's family level.
Junglefowl are junglefowl, chickens merely a descendant.
Ailoa kingdom,of the ancient puman people.
Its interesting thr amount of variety of chooks we got from these variety of wild chickens
I have red jungle fowl
I would like to have ones
That looks like regular ganefowl
These are gallus gallus gallus, chickens are gallus gallus domestica, scientific name for short is gallus gallus for both because they are the same species but not the same subspecies of the species of gallus gallus, so they are different, but they can be called wild chickens as to the fact they got domesticated to chickens.
Helo ❤🎉 like❤
Wild chickens
No
@@Dr.Ian-Plect well thats where modern chicken comes from Is from jungle fowl

@@mattmc9812 "well thats where modern chicken comes from Is from jungle fowl"
a) yes, I know that
b) read what you wrote! Why would the common name of a descendant change the name of its ancestor?

Ok so I had a red jungle foul a long time ago. She would cluck early in the morning. And would attack me. I would give her food. Then she would go back to sleep... Ah the good old days...
And this humble bird would eventually give us one of the greatest foods ever: Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Are they available in the States?
When I was digging for gold samples to send back to be tested.. in the jungle between Cambodia 🇰🇭 and Vietnam border.. actually it was Cambodia but close to Vietnam border suddenly I heard the jungle chicken 🐔 crowing 🐓.. and I asked one of the guides.. is there a village near by..? he said no just the wild chicken.. 😂.. hmmmm.. I had a great time working over there but it was just too short.
I live in PA and currently have 2 junglefowl chicks, a male and a female. 🎉 We are planning on making a flock of them and give them flying lessons and training lessons. Also using them as show birds.😂@@peaceleader7315
how long can they spend in the air
Normal chickens on regular probably can do 1-5 seconds of flight so I’d say these guy are probably double
Note: they don't give birth, they hatch eggs. Double check your information
Good
Halo from indonesia
Ladies and gentlemen this is where chickens come from.
Woah
It looks just like a chicken
Well it's because they are the ancestors of domestic chickens
@@DLR1997you mean ancestors
@@mattmc9812 yeah
They are both species gallus gallus, just the tiny difference of a different subspecies
Ik I was making a dumb joke💀
