Thanks, I have signed up and added to my Apple Pay Wallet. It is interesting that here in Canada they are called banks when in actual fact there is only one bank and that is the Bank of Canada and all these others are financial institutions.
Living in the UK at least it's not a very good idea to put too much money into these apps because they don't come with FSCS protection meaning you wouldn't get your money back if they went bankrupt. Revolut keep not performing very well in particular I hear in the news
Sure, I would not recommend huge amounts, or going for very new start-up ones (there's a lot of them out there). Spreading some cash, among a few quality ones like Wise just gives you a little diversification.

I think you are not right 😅, like real banks they have money insured up to 100k euros.. Gotta read that stuff ☺️
