How to make tasty recipe
1/2 kg patta gobhi
1/2 cup chana daal
cooking oil
1 tbsp kali sarso
1 tbsp sabut jeera
2/3 pinch hing
2 medium onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp dhaniya powder
1 tbsp jeera powder
1/2 tbsp haldi powder
2 medium tomato
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp garam masala
green chili
kasuri methi
butter
coriander leaves

Channa dal should be cooked in the pressure cooker before frying in the masalas. The look itself shows that the channa dal is uncooked. Thanks
