27 th December 2024 the Supreme court directed the Kerala Goveenment to ake the strength of population of each faction in
Malankara Orthodox Sabha(Former Jakobaya Sabha)
There is no Jakobaya Sabha afrer1934.Supreme court in 1958 thruogh Supreme Court verdict
Confirmed the name of the sabha
Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha.
In 2002 supreme courr nullified
the Assosiation of Dissident held
at Puthencruz and their Constitution..So why the Orthodix
Sabha could not get a specific order that the Jakobata faction is
No more. There is no such oerder
In Supreme court order without
Patriarc faxtion in 1995,2017.
