Ichiro Mizuki has died of Lung Cancer on December 6th, 2022. He was 74 years old when he died. He was one of the most prolific anisong singers and we lost him, may you rest in peace alongside Ishikawa-Sensei. We will miss you forever, Aniki.

@@theguywhoasked2597 because it may or may not become the Emperor, it's a certainty that one Getter Robo (be it Shin, be it the Dragon underground) will become the Emperor eventually, and Ryoma will pilot it (whether he likes it or not) the Getter Emperor is a threat to all things, it's the enemy of the entire universe after all.

Something terrible. It was a horrible adaptation that tied a net zero of the loose ends of the manga and created even more confusion. All this excluding the abundant QUALITY. Literally the worst looking show I've seen in years.

After a scene in SRW 30 , where the Rayearth girls tell the getter team they look up to them, and Benkei straights up tells the other two he feels like a father figure.
All I can see is the chibi rayearth girls smiling while this song plays, and the silhouette of the Getter team glares at you from behind them.
Imagine someone bad mouths the girls and then there’s also the lightning flashing silhouette of Shin Getter 1 from the ending of this opening
And behind the Getter team is an outline of Emperor
