this killed me in my first run yesterday :/
Another thing after the update the scorn lanterns guy you're standing next to a out 75% of the time outright refuses to drop the 2nd Lantern. It happened sometimes b4 the update but now it's nearly every single time. The one across from you always drops it but the one close just bugs out or something. It makes the last fight take much longer, especially on Titan, because you're having to do 2 damage phases per bar if it doesn't drop.
Yah I found that out the hard way after getting to final stand 😢

A tip for second and third bosses, instead of Boss spec use Taken spec instead for 10 percent vs boss specs 7.5

@@iLikePizzaRolls21 for sure, taken spec you can get from the last wish raid chest as well. So a shuro chi or morgeth cp can get you to a chest easy. I figure if you’re gunna use scatter signal or apex, that’s def the mod for the 10 percent boost

He uses boss spec on second for the scorn, so it gives bigger value using boss spec
@@Rex-hh7tj oh yea for sure I completely understand that, I just use scatter signal or one rocket on the scorn. It was just a tip to get higher boss dps vs the loss of 2.5 on just the scorn is all. You could literally wait till he spawns the first point, toss hammer to weaken instead and then scatter or one rocket from dragons breath. Should have just about enough time after the lasting impression goes off to pick hammer back up and sit comfortably. With so much heavy and special sitting out there to replenish

thanks for your build videos, I've first tried the solo flawless of warlord's ruin thanks to your guide and did just a minor adjustement at the last encounter, I stayed solar, went with loreley splendor and kept the mida minitool/dragon's breath set up and it was a breese !! thanks again !

You could also use precious scars for final boss to cuz sunshot and scars combo together giving you restoration after a kill and there are aspects to increase the timer for more survivability
Was struggling with a Solar Build on the Final Boss, but the tips and tricks I learned from this video helped me secure my Solo Flawless. Probably would have had an easier time if I'd have went with a Strand build, but I am a sucker for punishment.

This was THE video and guide/build that helped me finally solo this dungeon. Only thing I changed a bit was I ran precious scars on throwing hammers for final boss with Dragons breath but thanks for the video it was exactly what I needed.

I used mask of the quiet one for Hefnd, it took me 5 more hours than i care to admit but this helped very much, thank you forhelping crayon eaters such as myself.

After watching your guide I was able to get my solo clear done last night! This is by far the best guide online!
Only thing I changed was first encounter I used strand with synthoceps. It was easier for me to wipe out those yellow bar adds and just keep up banner of war for healing and damage. I had boss dead within 4 phases very easily. Weapons I used rufus, solar fusion from a season ago and then dragons breath. Rufus did great job at clearing the low level ads then the heavy fusion took care of any majors etc.
For final stand the main thing is don’t panic! Haha it’s really easy to just hide behind pillar, take out eyes and then whittle boss down. He doesn’t shoot the purple orbs much if at all if the eyes are down

was struggling with the final encounter but watched the vid and was able to do it first try this time thanks to jumping to the next platform for each damage phase and not rushing the top plates

Huge thanks for the guide although I did swap up the build for the final boss, for anyone wondering I used lorelys with an apex and hammers super I personally found it really helpful to go up a floor straight away to kill the wizards

You’re a legend mate. Been able to kill the 1st 2 bosses solo because of you. Although it takes me so much longer than you, I don’t understand how you are able to do so much damage. I have 3x roaring flames and am shooting with everything that I have
Higher framerates often get more damage on DoT weapons like Dragon's Breath, it's been a thing since D2 launched on PC. If you're on console or a PC under 100 or so frames that might be the different if you're doing everything else correct.
@@zackphyI thought that only worked the other way around? Like in pvp when you have higher framerates the enemy is able to dmg you more?
Hey Mactics, great run first of all, some great tips here. Before I do this, at the final stand when you leave and head right back, if you're on a different class and your loadout doesnt lend itself to getting back over the the actual final stand plate, can you just wait there for the triumph to pop or does it require you to be next to the chest? I couldn't help but notice the 'turn back' timer at the end! 😅👍 GGs

Yes! I’ve been waiting for the titan one since titan has been the easiest for me on all my solo flawless attempts.

I have never done or even attempted a solo flawless dungeon before. I was following your warlock guide, using Dawn Chorus because I apparently don't have Sunbracers, got all the way to the final boss, everything was going great, BOOM... Contacting Destiny Servers... kicked to orbit. In 10 years of playing Destiny I have never felt so devastated.

It sucks in the moment, but, on the bright side, at least then you know you can do it barring any technical issues.
For the final boss, I just used Riskrunner and Brier with surrounded and taken spec it was doing 15k per burst while Riskrunner gave me near invincible with banner of war X4 and fried an entire platoon of taken and help me tank all arc damage to proc surrounded on brier

Appreciate the guide! I knew i should of stayed on strand at final boss. I tried to do the Solo Flawless last week. Used strand for the 1st 2 bosses but swapped to solar on final boss and wiped :/

Quick hint, if you complete the quest before attempting solo, the thieving wretch screebs will not show up ever again
currently on final boss, (solo practice run) the only issues im facing are either the scorn boss not spawning that extra totem, or taking too long to spawn it before the vengeance phase runs out, and speaking of which, some times the buff would not transfer on the suspended scorn dudes so I'm mostly dying to that
Wait, so when the meatball boss is in final stand, the eyes won't make him immune and teleport him/wiping the encounter? Idk why I assumed this lol but my last solo flawless run ended because the eyes got me during final stand... if you're able to do dmg from way back there, that's a life saver!!
I use strand titan for 1st bos tractor cannon kinetic one two punch and this energy weapon is a must have will make your run easy and fast a (GLAIVE) wipes out all ads even the tanky fire lantern ones
I have a question about the Warlock build. Do you lose your restoration from thrown a grenade?
You should go aberrant leap leg so any time you suspend automatic woven mail just to lean into survival
For some reasons after the into the light update the prison puzzle is glitched. After being brought there the gate to the right is closed as if i wasnt playing solo even though i am solo.

Do you love freezing and igniting enemies with Conditional Finality? Want to do that to entire rooms while covering the floor in crystals? Like having super options for room clearing and boss melting? Here you go...

Abilities: Healing Rift, Coldsnap Grenades
Aspects: Iceflare Bolts, Frostpulse
Fragments: Fissures, Shards, Chains, Rending
Exotics: Ager's Scepter, Osmiomancy Gloves
Primary: Favorite solar Auto/SMG. Turnabout/Incandescent Ammit is fantastic for overshield and lots of radiant/ignitions
Power: Avalanche or Fixed odds with Incandescent, Abide the Return is a lot of fun ang great for quickly getting a full radiant charge
Stats: Max Resilience and Discipline, As much Recovery as possible
Helm: Solar/Stasis Siphon, Ashes to Assets
Gloves: 1x Momentum Transfer, 2x Bolstering Detonation
Chest: Stasis Reserves, Resists as needed
Legs: Solar Surge x2, Innervation/Recuperation as needed
Bond: Time Dilation, Reaper
Artifact: Flame Fiber Freeze, Kindling, Flint, Torch, Wished, Pillar, Dragon's, Rays, Hail
Play: Mostly medium range. Coldsnap into groups, try for direct hits for grenade regen, follow the iceflares and headshot everything with solar to get radiant and ignitions. Make sure to break shields with ammit for the overshield. Primary for minors, power for majors, Ager's whenever you like, if you time it right you can pop the alt fire and freeze everything, then disable it and top off your super with wished into being. Winter's wrath only if you absolutely have to. Freezing rift for healing and if swarmed. Pairs really well with banner titan for harder stuff. You freeze em, they punch em.

Update: was helping a lower light friend on the final boss. You can’t run away from the section on the final stand with the final boss. So if you jump off you may die as it will say return to battlefield.

hunter is definitely the way to go for arc. liar's handshake/asscowl + 1-2 punch + tractor on the first boss, dragon's breath on the second, and malf + lucky pants on the last boss.
I dont have apex nor RoN linear, and cataclysmic i have a bad roll, should i just use non solar heavy instead?

So how does dungeon loot work, I’ve heard you can only do the dungeons once with each character, but is that just for the exotics, or can I keep doing the dungeons for the armor?
U can keep doing it for armor and weapons but the I believe the exotic is once on each character every week

How can we get restoration faster? And how can you still get healing even with no restoration buff! on the left side buffs?
Left side buffs can only show 4 buffs. So sometimes restoration will not show there but it’s still active.
Remember that with Roaring Flames active, your uncharge melee with cause scorch and reset the perk on kills. I play on a controller, so it's easier to melee than free-aiming that hammer with the sticks or if that hammer flies off the map. XD

The cage mechanic in the first boss is the hardest part for me

Everything that could go wrong, has, I cannot do a flawless solo run.
1st Encounter, most folks go Bannerfall Titan. You can almost 1 phase solo.
i do the same rotation witht he same guns and cant seem to get nearly as much dps.
While it's nice to have your super in reserve as a panic button, i personally found it to be very helpful for dealing with the scorn in the final encounter. I would pop super when one of them dropped a lamp, melee it down, and then suspend the cursedrinker when he rushed me. Then i could just stand there activating the lamps, thanks to banner of war and super DR. Standing still is the most dangerous part of that encounter, so it helped a lot. I easily had my super up for every platform.
I also used Actium War Rig with Xenophage for DPS on the final boss. It puts out a surprising amount of damage from a safe distance, and also one-shots the wizards. It does mean you can't run sunshot, though.
Did Xeno do good damage on the boss?
This is interesting info, I'm really not a fan of sunshot because of the incredible amount of flinch/recoil on console.
Does seasonal mod Heart of the Flame do anything on solo? It says it buffs your Super damage for each nearby ally… So what if there are no nearby allies?
It just makes you radiant but since there’s no allies it doesn’t buff super damage

Easily. Slice isn't that great of perk unless you're on Hunter, you need to use your class ability to proc it which means you cant have 100% uptime for slice on titan or warlock. Overflow + short dps phase just means you never have to reload during the damage cycle.... = more damage :)
I used solar precious scars. Less dps but 100% restoration uptime.
I wasn't on flawless, but I wish I'd read the pinned comment before I jumped down to my death.

How is he getting so much super energy from his fusion rifle hits? Am I missing something?
WTF!!?? I've been trying to solo it for the entre week but that damn door in the cell room It's always closed
run wormgod caress at boss. just having one stack of the buff one shots wizards with charged melee and allows for other buffs to chain. I'd also recommend an unrelenting high ad clear weapon instead of sunshot. A Calus mini tool with incan and unrelenting just did sunshots job but better, allowing for Izanagi swaps.
with the real easy rocket swap combo i 3 phased, and to be honest, found it a lot easier to it this way since lethality is always on the double, allowing me to get 3 or 4 of the pickups every time instead of 2. even if u get to platform late, it doesn't matter since ur dps is pretty much 3 times as good

ember of solace does not change max duration on radiant/resto. it only increases the initial timer. better off running something else that's more beneficial
