The realtors that work at sales centers represent the sellers. We met the Honeycutt’s through this channel, we bought a new construction project downtown and have had a very positive experience with them.

However, Durham will always be home. My mother, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins are buried in Beechwood Cemetery on Fayetteville Street down from HBCU North Carolina Central University.
Hi there, I sure wish I could find some of these “nice downtown condos” in my extensive research. All of the complexes I’ve read the reviews on mention bad and/or indifferent management, loud neighbors, a lack of parking for the residents, bug problems , etc. At several complexes the residents were given a $200 rent credit for writing a positive review! No thanks! My search continues…..
