Dang, my speedpaint videos must be powerful if they're the only things that can wake you up lol! I had fun playing Cuphead but as someone who suffers constant wrist pain (especially if I don't take breaks) it was also super agonising at times. It's probably nothing like what you experience but I understand and I'm really sorry you have to deal with that and I wish you the best with what you're going through!
