Aaj bhi wahi hai sir Ji. Mera koi U Turn nahi. Muje koi DDA se commission toh milta nahi hai aur milta bhi Hota toh main nahi bolta. Waise construction quality dekh ke hi lene chaiye hamesha.
The property is going to be a disaster. 8 flats on each floor. 13 floors. 100 flats approx, to be serviced by just 2 lifts. DDA record of maintaining lifts is pathetic.
These 2 lifts are super fast and easily handle all the load for these 100 flats. Moreover additional lift can always be installed with residents contribution later.
It's an excellent and marvelous property in Dwarka.
Excellent location..size..and big park.
Infact so competitive biddings.
If one is still not satisfied then can buy in adjoining golf island for flat 8cr+ with same actual plinth area and not big apartment area. Not much golf view access.
