Even during trying to do meditation exactly at 30 min my body start complaing of pain in legs left neck portion also pains, so how to overcome that if we want to sit in 12 hrs a day conciously with eyes closed
You are more than 30 years of age I believe, when we start doing yoga suddenly the body gives a lot of problems stick around and then one day you will start getting more than pain,from it
