Yes, this is unrealistic BUT! Once such a case turned up for me, and I was that medic whom the whole team thanked. And the enemy team was furiously indignant about what their snipers and spies were doing there, that I literally in the last seconds managed to save my team from defeat. What sounds more unrealistic is that at the time I had absolutely no idea what was going on because I was a very green newbie. I still remember that incident with great warmth in my heart... :"D

I mean the sentry gun really wouldn't be that hard to set up. Just pop the tripod and mount the gun on top. Upgrading may take a little longer though.
